Went here at 830 pm today. Receptionist lied and said my insurance was inactive. I literally just used it two days ago. My wife is a registered nurse for Tampa general and I am insured through her. The reception wouldn’t even make eye contact and when I made suggestions about it saying inactive such as calling the number she refused. She literally lied to my face so she could go home. She is Hispanic and I don’t know her name but she is a liar.. and she was working the front desk on Saturday 3-7-2026 at 830 pm..

We cannot express how wonderful the staff here is. Nora, Miriam, Elaine, and Ruby took such good care of us today. They even remembered when we were here a few months ago for an injury. Every time we come here they are very fast, courteous, actually take the time to listen and make you feel heard, and genuinely care. They have helped my family with the flu all the way to more complicated injuries and infections. We are so beyond grateful and highly recommend express care to everyone. Thank you so much for your wonderful care and compassion.

Great Nurses and Doctors!!!! I have been a patient since they have been in this location and have even brought family members. Always treated with caring and respect!!!! Ms. Nora and Ms. Marian have been especially Great today. Highly recommend this facility.

Fast and very friendly staff. Took my son for flu symptoms. Checked in was called back and triaged by Mrs Mariam before i even sat down was roomed and immediately seen by the doctor Mrs Nora who was very caring and thorough in her diagnosis and explaination! More than satisfied with our visit! Always satisfied with our visits here with my four boys! 🤗
