I had heard a lot of good things about Dr. Horstman before I decided to see her. So I had a lot of high expectations and she lived up to and exceeded all my expectations. She is so attentive and caring, and her insight is dead on.

I'd give her10 stars if I could. Caring/Professional.

We believe she is doing her best professionally. We wish we could talk to her more often about our concerns. She cares for her patients and wants to help.

Dr.Horstman is caring, educated, very professional,.She is the only doctor who has help me with my RA..She takes the time to talk to her patient's & listens to what is wrong. I am so grateful she is my doctor. Dr. Horseman is the best in her field.

Great experience! I was seen in a very timely manner, and Dr. Horstman seemed very well educated. She was not in a rush to see her next patient, and answered all my questions. I've recommended her to friends and family already.

Love Dr. Horstman! She is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. Takes the time to listen and really cares about me as a patient. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Horstman and I have been seeing her for many years. Would highly recommend her as a physician.

Didn't care for her attitude or her snootiness. she doesn't read apparently what you give her given her on all the paperwork you had to fill out. She asked me three different times if I'd had a mammogram and I said yes I have. Explained all my medications but yet wanted to send me two different doctors which I do not want to go to I want one doctor that can help me with the needs I have not cleaned all my medication. why when I got home I got a call from some place called Gateway which I've been it's a nasty dirty place for a mammogram now I had told her I had one. That was strike two. And then I get a call from the office telling me they're sending me to different places for exams that was strike three. And to top it all off she called and some medications for my migraine and even got that wrong that would have been strike 4. it seems like all she's in for is the money.

This is a horrible office and dr!! Appts nowhere near on time. Referrals never done or referred to wrong drs! Rude Dr! Insisted I needed a medication that I repeatedly told her I had a bad reaction to prior, she still called in that same med! Don't dare question her or she gets mad. Btw the sciatic nerve is NOT in the groin. And Pet Scans are used to see if cancer has returned or grown! She says they are only used if cancer is active. 1st year residents are better qualified!

Due to an ins change I was forced to go to Dr Hortman. Her reviews looked good so I thought ok I'll try her. HUGE mistake!! First appt I was kept waiting almost 2 hours! Then another hour in the room before she came in. She was clearly annoyed and impatient. I'm a new pt with extensive medical issues. She spent a whole 4 minutes with me! I needed a referral for a PET scan and a surgeon. I was told I'd get a call in a day or two with those referrals. 3.5 weeks later after multiple calls I get referred to a FACIAL plastic surgeon not a breast reconstruction surgeon. Idiots. My pet scan was never done! I ha a serious back injury a few years ago and reinjured it yesterday. I call in tears and get sent for xrays. Today I'm kept waiting over an hour when I can barely stand or walk. She comes in clearly annoyed again. Blows off my pain. Insists I wait 6 weeks before anything is done for my back. I wasn't asking for meds, I wanted an MRI. I have bulging discs prior. I was told to find another dr! Gladly!! She is rude, uncaring, and incompetent!! I'm a 20 year paramedic, not some lay person who doesn't know bettee! I'm also filing a complaint with my ins company! Do NOT go here!!
