Stay far away from this location!!!! The front desk girls are nice, however the Doctor, and I use that word loosely. Is not the brightest, she does not listen to your concerns. Long story short I told her i believe my vision is getting a little worse, it’s a little blurry, and my eyelids have been twitching. She did her exam and then said here try these contacts that are 1.5 below your prescription. I said my eyes have not gotten better. She said go try them on in the bathroom I said where is the bathroom? She pointed, I said is it that door? With a snarky sound she said uh yes the one that says restrooms IM BLIND I can’t see 4 inches in front of me. I went along put in the lower prescription and could barely see anything, she called me back in. I said we are going backwards here, I can’t see. She said have a seat and we will do an exam with these contacts. I stopped trusting her judgment and left. The pinellas park location is much better, this location is just closer to my home and I thought they would hold up to the same values. I was wrong.

Good product. Have purchased here more than once. Currently have a completely inappropriate staff person. Sloppily dressed. Came back for an adjustment. Staff person stood middle of floor, bending & twisting the frames, NO success. I've been wearing glasses 60 years, never seen this act before. Now have to wait a few days for the PROFESSIONAL staff person to come in. Shouldn't take 3 visits for a simple adjustment. 🤯

The staff here is very helpful and patient! Cassandra and Kris were wonderful in helping our son try and succeed with contact lenses. Noticed they were kind and knowledgeable with all patients.
