Knew I had Covid… home test. Made appt. In/out in 60 min w Paxlovid. Pleased .

Went to the Seminole office and was tested for Covid and the Flu. I was so sick and the flu came back negative and they called me with the results from Covid. Negative..So when I asked her what could it possibly be she was not sure. Never checked my nose or ears which I found stange especially eplaining my symptoms. She said my throat was not red in which again..I questioned her asking her how can that be when I cant even swallow. Hours later I could not stand it anymore so I took pics of my throat and sent them to Teledoc and a Dr called. Sure enough I have tonsillitis. Even the Teledoc was baffled as he said that did not happen overnight. I wont be going back. So disappointed!!!!

I rarely share reviews of places, in order to do so the experience is either really bad or really good. In this case it was the latter. I was so impressed with everyone I came into contact with at the clinic. The receptionist was so kind during the check-in process, the medical assistant was professional and kind, and the provider was thorough with his examination, taking time to explain in detail each of my options regarding my care.

Fatigue, Headaches, Sinus Pain or Pressure, Nasal Congestion, Sore Throat, Coughing up Blood, Postnasal Drip, Cough, Painful Swallowing, Muscle Aches. These were my symptons. hey tested me for Covid and Flu A and B. All negative. Never looked at ears and nose. Throat was horrobly sore and claimed it wasnt red. I even questioned the redness "how could it not be red when I cannot swallow" I looked in the mirror when I get home and there were puss all over my glands. I couldnt stand the pain any longer so I call Teledoc and sending pictures of my thoart. Teledoc was taken back why they did not get prescibed antibiotics. I have acute tonsillitis!!! Prescibed me antibiotics!!! Drs note: Based on your exam, your symptoms are likely due to a viral infection at this time. Antibiotics are not indicated at this time. Supportive care as discussed: rest, fluids and gargle with warm salt water, hot steamy showers to break up congestion, Tylenol or ibuprofen (if no contraindications), over-the-counter throat lozenges. Recommend re-evaluation if worsening or if not improving as expected. Worst experience I ever had. I wont be returning. This was at the Seminole office.

Best in the area for urgent care. TGH seems to care about patient experience because they are doing everything right. The doctor, nurse, and staff were great and knowledgeable. There was minimal wait time. I felt fortunate to be able to see a DO, who are always great with patients. They also have a fully modern healthcare portal, which allowed me to access my full visit summary, including all doctor notes, and allowed me to fully connect to my healthcare record in Atlanta.

Had a medical issue that was emergent to me. I booked the appt online on a Saturday for an hour and a half in the future. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left. Staff was friendly and efficient and most importantly my medical issue was addressed and properly treated. Next time I need to go to an urgent care/walk-in clinic, I will definitely be returning to TGH Urgent Care!

Shout out to Dr Brandon and Kim! They treated me right before close. They were friendly and efficient! I was in and out. Always a pleasant experience here. On New Year’s I was sent here because a local ER that I use was closed for a malfunction. I couldn’t tell if they were open because the sign by the side of the road was dark. They are set back into the parking lot so it was hard to see. I pulled in happy they were open. They had about five people waiting to be seen. But the staff at the desk were friendly and processed my information quickly. Dr Victoria was extremely friendly and understanding. I felt at ease and listened to. I was even offered to fill my prescription there! I was so relieved to not have to make another stop. At check out the front desk staff were cheerful and happy- even at 8pm. I had no idea this place existed but I would absolutely return again. Bedside manner really matters when you are experiencing pain. Thank you so much.
