New patients avoid ever choosing this clinic or any other clark clinic location. The staffs are horrible when it comes to making sure patients are taken care of. The referral department will tell you different things everytime you call. Lisa in the referral department will tell you whatever she feels like to cover why a referral isn't correctly or timely processed. The receptionists will book you an appointment if they feel like giving you one early, otherwise you need to wait weeks but they always have walk in option. They have some great doctors but the worst staff to deal with.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!
New doctor for me this year. Doctor is knowledgeable and personable. Support staff has been efficient and very pleasant. Nice, clean and well maintained facilities.
My first visit to Dr Ikeler did not go so well, he was not nice and would not refill my prescription medications. My second visit to the office was for blood work and follow up with Dr Ikeler on a different day and after seeing my blood work he filled my prescriptions, these are allergy medicines not narcotics that help me live and breathe and go out of my house. My third visit to the office and second seeing Dr Ikeler I asked again to fill my new prescriptions and this time he did knowing I have a lot of health issues. I asked for the most refills he can give me and I picked up my medication and I had no refills. I called the office they looked it up and said he wrote down no refills. I had two more visits scheduled one for more blood work and one to see Dr eichler and I just canceled both. The office staff is very unprofessional you leave messages and no one ever gets back to you, this was my worst doctor's experience of my life.
My worst experience ever seeing a doctor. He was not nice, his office staff was very unprofessional. I just canceled my next two appointments one was for blood work and one was to see Dr Ikeler again. He wouldn't give me any refills on my allergy medicine so I guess he wants me to come in once a month to say my allergy medicines working. I had a phone doctor prescribed my new allergy medicine that allows me to go outside and feel comfortable leaving my home. I asked Dr Ikeler for the most refills possible and he gave me zero. I guess he wants me to have an awful experience coming to see him once a month for a refill. I will never go back.
UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE, AND NO MANNERISMDr. Ikeler is has absolutely zero manners and will not take your health concerns seriously if your over weight in ANY capacity, and will cut you off while you relay what your symptoms are. I think he does not take me seriously due to how young I am.I came back for a second appointment under the condition I saw a female doctor, I waited 2 hours until they began to close then I said I'd leave and reschedule, no one had even seen me even tho I was exactly on time. I had brought my boyfriend with me due to how distraught I was over the humiliating visit I had previously, and he was there to stick up for me if I needed it against the rudeness of the doctor.I specifically requested to see a different doctor due to how GROUCHY and CRABBY the male doctor is, and upon my visit after an hour and a half of waiting, he again was there and told me either I see him today or I reschedule a 3rd time to see the female doctor. I ONLY SCHEDULED FOR TODAY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD BE AVAILABLE.I had to take time off work for this, it's entirely unprofessional and uncaring, I can't breath. I need testing or something and he tells me instead about his divorce and his ex wife and how he was vegan instead. This man is entirely unfit to see people who are sensitive about symptoms and he yells when he speaks l probably due to age, I can hear ever single coversation he had with other patients in the other rooms. Save your own dignity and do not see this doctor.
Dr. listened and did not try to rush you out of room.
This man is one of the most compassionate people I have ever been blessed enough to meet. I have seen him in Waterman hospital on numerous occasion's as he covers for my Doctor. He listened to my problems and single handedly took the steps to get me well when the other Drs didn't bother. I've had an infection in my foot for months. He took the initiative and change my antibiotics and I can proudly say that it is because of him and only him that I am healed for the 1st time in 5 months. I cannot thank you enough sir. I will praise you until the day I stop breathing you are one hell of a man and an amazing doctor
I really enjoy his exam and findings which I have used to correct the VA Drs findings at Lake Nona and Tavares. Corrected head of cardio corrected first VA Army Capt at Tavares Does the most comprehensive annual exam than ANY at the VA . One was a close second, I was in Gainesville as they were completing the driveway for the Medical Hospital which was best you could build the VA hospital is across the street on Archer Road .
Dr. Ikeler has been my doctor for ten years and has successfully guided me throughresolution of age-related health problems, including treatment of osteoarthritis, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and cholesterol reduction. All I have to do is follow orders.I trust him implicitly.
Very thorough and listens to you

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
