This locations staff is incompetent at the highest level. I can’t even get copies of my child’s shot record even though it was requested through her new Dr office. They need to do better with their hiring.

Do not go to any Doctor Today! The doctor wanted to charge me another $50 for my co-pay just to check my weight. It was their negligence for not checking it on my first visit. The owner and the nurse practitioner are very unprofessional. They do not value their customers time or money!

The lady working front desk wss extremely rude at the Bartow location had to come to Winter Haven office in so glad I did the staff was so professional and understanding

ZERO STARS.very unpleasant place to be in they don't wash there hands or sanitize.the rooms looks dusty and dirty.Very unprofessional they should always wash there hands in front of patients but they don't.My advise not to go there.
