Very poor communication by the office staff. Not professional

Terrible service. They don’t keep appointments, don’t call back, don’t submit prescriptions accurately, and office staff clearly couldn’t care less about the patient.

This office has the single worst support and service of any doctor I've ever been to in my entire life. I've had to call the doctor office back no less than 100 times for a simple prescription need. The doctor doesn't keep virtual visit appointments. The office staff regularly says they will submit prescriptions, or call me back or have office manager call me back, and they never follow through. This office provides horrible support. Stay away to avoid severe anguish.

The Dr is excellent, he has been my urologist for 15 years, He is a wonderful Dr, I recommend him. If they have any complaints from their employees, they can report them

I don’t recommend to anyone. Never keep track of calls, very late responses and very bad front desk customer service. If they can’t take good care of their patient so why patients should use them?Very disappointing!

I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Gousse to help me with my urinary tract infection. The front desk girl was very useful and helpful.Dr. Gousse and his team were very professional and I was pleased the way they were able to accommodate me in such a short notice.Now I am feeling much better.

The WPB office is horribly run and mismanaged. I've been unsuccessful in getting my personal medical records despite dive separate attempts to do so..I've also been charged for a Tele Conference that never occurred so I had to notify my bank of the erroneous charge. I'm changing plans so I can find another urology office.

I scheduled a bladder sling surgery for Sept 06 2021, I pointed out to the surgical coordinator that was a holiday weekend but they said they were going to be working. The Friday before my surgery I was told the clinic was going to be closed on Memorial Day (as I suspected)and the surgery was postponed- they will contact me with the new date. No one ever contacted me from Dr.Gousse’s officer, i kept calling and calling to obtain a new surgery date. I eventually heard back from the Weston Outpatient Center who confirmed surgery date for Sept 20 and they informed me of a CO PAY for this clinic of $,4000.00. I took care of it and everything was moving forward as per plan. The date of the surgery Sept 20, twenty minutes before moving me to the surgery room, I received a call from Dr. Goose’s office telling me that there is a co-pay of $1000 (apart from the clinic’s co pay) and there has been a mistake because NO ONE TOLD ME UNTIL 20 MINS BEFORE THE SURGERY. They flat out told me if I didn’t pay it, they were not going to operate - even though I already had the IV in my vein and I was on my way to the surgery room. The lady said they left voice messages and tried to call me on SUNDAY(yeah right on Sunday) and I didn’t answer. I am more than happy to provide copies of my Verizon cellular bill just to prove that one ever called me from his office and they never notified me about the co pay. The issue here is not the money is the timing. They had more than 20 days to tell me about this co pay and never did, and top of everything they LIED and said they left messages which they never did. THIS was BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever have in a hospital prior to an operation. Someone should be reprimanded for making this kind of mistake. Today I came for my follow appointment- no apologies at all for what they made me go thru.

I found Dr. Gousse to have a great sense of humor, he puts you a ease. Very confident, knowledgeable and skilled surgeon. The office staff is wonderful.

Experience 1) My FIRST visit to Gouse Urology they charged me at the front desk 200.00 co pay when in fact my insurance company details all say that my co pay is 100.00. I asked the front desk WHY and they couldn't furnish me with an explanation. I complained and lodged a formal complaint with my insurance company. Experience 2) I arranged to have a teleconference call for later that same day with the Office Manager and she instructed me to stand by for the incoming call later that same day. NEVER got the call. When I called them to ask why the entire office was gone for the day and the operator couldn't help me. Experience 3) I made another appointment and confirmed it the day prior for the next day Tele Conference call. They were quick to take my Co Pay and told me to hang up for an incoming call to discuss my blood test results and I should be getting a call in a few minutes. Once again I got no phone call so when I call back the office was gone and the young lady who answered the phone had no clue as to what I was talking about. I immediately contacted my insurance company and tell them about the complete ineptness of this of this offic and the fraudulent billing that occurred without any services rendered. I highly suggest that you seek better MORE PROFESSIONAL treatment at a better run, more professional office. THIS PRACTICE is for people who are comfortable with poor substandard performance. I am informing all my friends and warning them.
