Awful place to get in contact with. Called during office hours and not once got a call back or anyone for a matter of fact on the phone.

Literally the worst possible place to get in contact with. Garbage customer service they need to rehire a new staff immediately.

Tengo 10 años visitando este centro , la excelencia de los dres es lo maximo… El dia 16 de febrero fui a mi cita,al llegar me notificaron el pendiente en mi balance,lo que llamam copago” el cual en ningun momento fui notificada via email, ni llego recordatorios a mi buzon de correo ,es deber de ellos..Cuando llame pedir cita, y en la reconfirmcion En años anteriores a mi como paciente me llegaba el Bill a mi casa , Es notable la falta de organizacion ACTUAL.. Al cancelar 160 $ aproximado,…me entero q voy a pagar de nuevo esa cantidad ok Es su administracion, y los Copagos .AVISEn al paciente antes de llegar ,pues perdi mi tiempo Lo peor no vi tuve consulta teniendo dolor..Recuerden!!..la mayoria vamos por dolores, que NO dormimos y buscamos Calidad de Vida somos personas mayores y limitadas en movimientos Deben mejorar esta situacion ..Nosotros los viejos somos perjudicados Solicite me enviaran via Email mi Recibo, no llego por ninguna via

I went there for an initial appointment that went fine. The staff was professional. Had an X-ray and was directed to get an MRI from a third party. That is where the follow up completely failed. I called and spoke to someone about the results and was told the Doctor would call me back. He never did. I repeatedly called and left four messages after the fact and could not get a return phone call from the Doctor. It has been over a month and I cannot get my test results. Very poor business practice.

It took me nearly 5 days to get through a phone call after leaving voicemails to receive a phone call back (which they never did) and actually make an appointment to see Dr Mueller for the following week. So I made it to the appointment... came to the front desk...worse customer service ever. The receptionist was completely rude as it was the one next to her dealing with another patient. I had asked her to please give me my billing details and she said "I can't tell you that, you'll just find out at the end of your visit" so basically I'm rolling the dice on any costs? After me saying that...The billing lady came and nicely asked me to come in so she can tell me the details about the billing... After reviewing those with her I stepped back to the waiting lobby and told them "I will reconsider coming back and rescheduling, thank you and bye" At this time I was around 45 minutes past due my appointment time.. With such high price points in medical billing it should be an elevated customer service as well. I will not be rescheduling there.

I called about 5 times before they answered the phone and when they did they told me they didn't have anything for new patients until the end of June despite me telling them that my mom is in excruciating pain (she suffers from arthritis) and her old Rheumatologist no longer practices medicine. They said they had a lot of new patient volume and there was nothing he could do. NOT COOL!!!! I myself work in the medical industry and we try to accommodate patients even if they are new or established regardless or our patient volume.

Love how professional this doctor's office is. The staff is wonderful and accommodating, and the doctor's are very sensitive to your needs. I actually enjoy coming to the doctor! I also like that you park in a parking garage, and even if it rains, you are still under a roof!

I came here to see Dr. Pachon for some wrist pains I've been having. He was very friendly and understanding. He asked all the right questions and didn't seem rushed at all. He even cracked some jokes with me and my boyfriend. Great doctor, answered all of my questions. Awesome!
