Worst service you can encounter the secretary have the worst attitude you can receive.
Dr Lopez was very good. However, their checkout group are not very nice. They definitely need customer service courses and need to be told not to speak in Spanish with an American patient. They didn’t know I spoke Spanish so I was able to understand every word they said. They had no desire to help (except for the young lady). The oldest lady of the group received a personal phone call while assisting us and told the other girl to come help us. They just DON’T CARE!
I was referred to that center for an EMG/NC study, the tech was Chris. I was so afraid to do , Chris was so patient. He explained and talked me through everything, he is very caring and compassionate. He made everything easy as he could. Highly recommend. Valerie burns
Today I went to the hospital, where this doctor was working with my patient. He was the most obnoxious person I'd ever encountered. You do not sush me since I am not a dog, and the COVID vaccine is not a cure, thus my lack of vaccination does not render me contagious. Your medical degree does not imply that you are of greater caliber than I am. So, you pretentious, pigheaded jerk, get off your high horse. You can't claim to have years of experience if you can't communicate well. I sincerely hope I never see you again!!!
I went to Dr. Bruce Kohrman for my migraine headaches. He gave me a lousy five-minute no-exam. Within hours of my visit, I called Dr. Kohrman's office as I was seeing weird colors and shapes and was very concerned. I left several messages for him but the doctor never returned my phone calls. I ended up having a stroke and lost the eyesight in my eye. Do not use him. He's an arrogant, unfeeling creep. I'm partially blind thanks to him.
I visited this neurologist office because I had a seizure 2 days before . When I seen the doctor all we did was have a conversation about what happened leading up to the seizure . After a short conversation he says ok it’s confirmed it was a seizure and wanted to see me back. I had a seizure confirmation from the hospital , and I went seeking treatment . So the doctor warns me how risky this can be but didn’t want to prescribe seizure prevention pills until I had tests done which I can understand . They booked me a month out and said the employee they have that does some certain task with the EEG is on vacation . That is not anyone’s problem, if that’s the case they should have warned me before booking my initial appointment or closed the office . The doctor mentioned I can have a seizure and die and I have to wait a whole month for an appointment when if they really cared could’ve tried to find centers for a mri or another eeg option. No help whatsoever just left for dead . Upon checking out of the office they attempt to charge me $185 . I said for what ? A conversation ? I don’t think so . If the doctor actually cared and treated me I would’ve but I quickly learned this place is fraudulent and doesn’t care about anything but getting paid . I started calling places to schedule my own mri and I was able to get sooner appointments . If your looking for an office that actually cares about your health, this is the wrong one . I literally can have a seizure at any moment and die all because of the lack of knowledge or care from this facility .I would never return and do not recommend to anyone .
Excellent. Explains my condition and treatment. Listens to me and inspires confidence. Highly recommend.
Great
This doctor was so rude even the person who took me to the appointment left crying. Maybe he’s a great doctor, I wouldn’t know.
NOT GOOD

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
