ATENTION CHI SYSTEM IS BROKEN I had to wait 3 hours and 20 minutes for the doctor to see me and it was another 2 hours before someone took my blood a total of 5 hours to see my doctor in other words my entire day was dedicated to see a doctor and it not the first time. The system is broken another 4 days went by before I had to call them back to complain about my prescription not being sent to the pharmacy and I also had call back to remind them that I needed referrals to another doctor. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORST whoever is in management at this place they really need to take a serious look at themselves because there is a lot of room for improvement.

Im usually very uncomfortable with doctorsnurses but the staff here are so nice and comforting. You can tell they care about their patients. Dr. Bayat even remembered me and my mother who came with me my last visit.

The worst customer service ever I was asked to wait for some documentation as the supervisor gave instructions to the staff to help me. As soon as she left they told me they wouldnt help and to come back the next day. I will not come back ever
