He is a very good doctor.

I have been trying to see the doctor for months now. Yet to be successful, the front do not pick up the phone and when they do, they are extremely rude and impatient. I am sure the doctors are great but the stuff is whole mess. Has a person of color, on medicade with a serious medical condition, that struggles with gut wrenching pain and needs help immediately, this office is not it. Very disappointing and hurtful. I hope i find some help soon .Blessings

Dr Murciano is very good doctor he listens to your complaints eases your pain and gives you advices how to care & live with your condition . The stag is courteous and professional they are all bilinguals busy office but very little waiting Thank you Dr Murciano and the staff

Dr. Enrique Marciano is very, very good, kind and he cares about his patients. I could give a 5 stars, but the service on the second floor is not good. On April 19th, I had an appointment at 11:00 am, I arrived at 10:51. When I go to a doctor’s office, I pay attention to the people in front of me and to the ones who come after me. Here I’m, waiting. The nurse called all the ones before me (it’s normal) then two who came probably 10 to 15 minutes after me. I had to remind her that I’m here to see the doctor as well. First of all, she couldn’t explain to me the reason why she’s doing it like that. I’m not against people who doesn’t speak English well because I’m too an immigrant but if so, try to find someone else that can explain it to me. On the first floor, where I had to go to take the shot, I told a nurse. She was gracious. She explained that some patients are just late of 5 to 10 minutes that’s why they call them before me. It’s okay but what did you do with my promptness. I managed to be there on time and I have to let the retardants go before me. I don’t think it’s fair. Telling me that the office goes by the appointment’s time not by who was here before doesn’t make it right. I was already there at 11:00, my appointment’s time, all 5 persons who were there went to see the doctor then two other ones who came after me saw the doctor and I’m there still waiting, that’s senseless. Everyone can be late, it’s a fact, but “who goes hunting loses his place”. You’re late, you can wait. I believe a doctor’s office should be a fairness place for all patients.

I have been trying to call the front desk to make an appointment for my mother in-law and no one picks up the phone. This happened two months ago and they told me the the phone was broken. How can this be possible in a doctors office especially a pain center.

My first time seeing Dr Murciano at his office was so unpleasant starting with the front desk and the unprofessional staff talking loud and watching the 2 staff members arguing about a chart and the same woman at checkout arguing with an elderly patient was terrible , I waited for the assistant to come in and he did not introduce himself to me I had to asked for his name and I asked him when would I speak to Dr Murciano and he said yes well I didn’t see him until laying face down on the table with my bottom exposed and again I ask the nurse or assistant about speaking to him sooner and everything happened so quickly that I received the injection and I don’t know if I was told what type it was I was very upset and what ever it was my pain is back which I know it will require more sessions but it won’t be with Dr Murciano and his office
