El doctor es excelente, un señor de muchos años y con muy buena atencion , ahora el Customer Service de Cano es Pèsimo, la oficina estaba supuesta a mandar el tratamiento que el doctor puso y despues de 3 dias en la farmacia no esta disponible, esto no son telefonos ni un paquete de amazon, son medicamentos necesarios para iniciar tratamiento de salud, deberian de ser un poco mas profesionales pq ustedes cobran al seguro sin importar , entonces cumplan , pesimo servicio al telefono y muy mala atencion al cliente

La peor atención del mundo. Canno Health y el asistente del doctor terrible en atención al paciente. 2 días llamando y no han sido capases de atenderme o enviarme las órdenes de laboratorios. En general muy poca ayuda y asistencia. Después de 2 días y hablar con 4 personas no me ayudaron. Cambiando de doctor ahora mismo. Un total desastre no se los recomiendo.

He has been my doctor for about 4 years. Great professional, very talented, and a great human being. The staff is also excellent.

I’ve been going to Dr. Gonzalez for many years. There have never been a time that I have not been 100% satisfied not only by him but his professional and caring. Dr. Gonzalez is what you would call an old-time doctor somebody who actually takes the time to understand and learn about his patients their needs and all the attention that may have. You make sure to answer all questions or you may have and provide for him where you are 100% knowledgeable of any and all Sicknesses you may have. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff at all his locations

I personally went to Dr. Felix Gonzalez office because he's been my doctor for years , very professional staff ,specially his medical assistant Eva. She's very delicate with patients , very professional and caring to us , she always helps me out when I'm in need.. I highly recommend this Dr and his staff.

Dr. Felix Gonzalez is hands down the best Doctor I have ever met. He is a very respectful, compassionate, and professional doctor who treats his patients with the utmost kindness. He is extremely knowledgeable and committed to all his patients. Dr. Gonzalez has been my doctor for the last 30 some years. From the moment you meet him, he makes you feel at ease and he explains everything in detail. Dr. Gonzalez practices internal medicine and at the same time he is an incredible Gastroenterologist. His entire team is wonderful and extremely friendly, treating all patients with a lot of respect. All of them are great, Janet, Raima, Lazarito, Lucy, Maria, Eva, they are all top notch. I just had my colonoscopy and endoscopy with Dr. Gonzalez, and as always it was an easy and fast procedure.I would recommend Dr. Gonzalez to anyone without hesitation as I know they will be quite pleased to be in such great and capable hands.

Always late, the appointment is spouses to be at 11 , at eleven Doctors shows, 2:00pm he sow my mom, with out solve the problem
