Muy agradecido con la atencion del Dr. Luis Rizo y en general con los trabajadores que muy amiable me te siempre estancia disponibles para ayuda. La atencion muy buena desde el primer dia de mi cita ya hace varios anos.

Llevo varios anos atendiendome con el Dr. Luis Rizo. El y su staff siempre tienen muy buena atencion. Los recommends.

I can’t help but wonder if this clinic likes to hide somehow their bad reviews because on my second attempt to see a doctor I had chosen to be my primary care provider at this clinic almost every single patient in the waiting room was mentioning that every single time they come here they have to wait about two hours past their appointment to be seen. I spoke to the doctor in question an hour and a half later than my appointment time and she proceeded to state that in order for her to properly evaluate a patient she had to take a long time with them. I agreed and said that is an excellent job but recommended that she should probably take less appointment slots in the day so she can properly care for ALL her patients. While I do believe the doctor’s heart is in the right place clearly they are failing in the appointment scheduling area and therefore I had to made the decision to not make this doctor my primary care provider. So with this review I’m not trying to tell you to not be seen at the clinic but that know that you will probably be seen two hours later than your appointment time for excellent care. If that sounds good to you then go right ahead.

Staff is very friendly and wait time here varies tremendously sometimes you are waiting 4 hours other times less than an hr. Reccomendation get a very very early appt 730 am or the latest appt they have available so that way you aren’t waiting long because everyone wants to leave haha. I didn’t have the Jackson card for some time and was told a doctor’s visit is only $70 for every patient even without insurance so something great to note Parking is a bit of a hassle as well that’s why arriving early is your best bet to find parking and leave within an hour or your appt. Arrive 30 mins before your scheduled appt. Lab clinic is quick and you are even able to do it the same day so don’t eat before your appt if you would like to have blood work done. If you have the Jackson card depending on your plan you will ONLY pay the copay for the blood work and can have the doctor’s visit included in that price. In my opinion getting blood work and visiting the doctor the same day is a great way to Save a few bucks and save time as well because you won’t have to come back again

I feel like there is a type of environment formed in this facility where they dont care about there patients the nurses project a lot of there frustration with there patient . This is not the first time its been multiple times we have called the agency to complain . Today a Nurse by the Gina Estrada mistreated my mom making her wait almost two hours from her original appointment time she will skip from see my mom and treated other walk in patients . She was not fair and I got the sense that we were being discriminated just for being non white hispanic . Also as soon as she started to withdraw blood from my mom she mishandled her and after letting her know that her arm was hurting she literally look at us and ignore us . Said nothing but kept mistreating to be honest we did not raise our voice because it seemed that if we did any type of complaint she will do everything to just mistreated us . I will really re consider coming to this place if is either for you or a family member . No know should never feel this type of way when seeking health advice .

Ive been trying to co tact the center the whole morning and option 1 to schedule an appointment is sooo bad is not going thru and Ive been selecting every department and nobody is answering the phone worst place I have ever called I cant even imagine how bad the service will be
