Jaime Pachon's Online Review Report Card

I have an ongoing issue and my Primary told me to se a Rheumatologist and I was referred to this office. All I wanted was guidance and what i received was condescending and disgusting bed side manner! Mind you, I am a Nurse and I have dealt with doctors for Years!! He is Very antagonistic...for example..I mentioned I was a nurse and I understood what he was explaining...he said.."Well Nurse..."I have been doing this for 30 years..." He basically said my Primary was an idiot for sending me here. I have never felt so embarrassed going to a doctor visit. All I wanted was some kind of answer, direction or plan to why I am going through what I am. However, all I was received was a Lecture and Guilt for even going!

It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a review. Especially for a doctor I was recommended by a good friend who praised his practice. I got the short end of his patience today at an early appointment which he was running behind on, with no issue I understood and waited. When he had entered the room he was short, unkind and unsympathetic towards me. He once saw me in 2021 and was very dismissive towards me that time and my symptoms I was experiencing. 2022 to 2023, I had a drastic change in my everyday life and wanted to be stirred in the right direction and steps. I sadly didn't get that. Instead he is condescending and aggressive with his practice towards me. I'm not sure if I remind him of someone he deeply hates because for it to happen a second time but even in worst this time to the point I had to tell him to his face " Why are you being to aggressive with your practice? " with tears in my eyes. I requested to be dismissed as he kept rambling with an attitude. I had to pay a $15 co pay for the worlds must grumpiest, short tempered and cold hearted doctor experience. He went in to throw in " Good luck with finding other doctors." when handling back my bloodwork results I had brought in. ..What a passive aggressive comment. Left balling my eyes out . There's more to it but I don't and won't share because it is private information about my health and symptoms. Point is: Dr. Jamie A Pachon just really doesn't care. Maybe he does for older folks but this guy must just really dislikes me for no good reason to project such anger and annoyance so rapidly in a 15 minute time frame from being seen by him.

Dr. Pachon is the best rheumatologist in miami. This doctor truly cares for the patient. He listens to the patient concerns and do not rush his appointments. You feel at easy with him, you trust him. He explains everything in detail and with patience. He is polite and honest and most importantly very knowledgeable. I chose this doctor for his reputation in the industry and his reviews and I chose correct! There are not enough stars to rate this brilliant doctor.

Dott. Pachon, listen his patients, don t rush , and explain everything in away you can understant. He is an exellent dottor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pachon for over 15 years. He was my second opinion and I ended up staying with him. He has been able to keep my Rheumatoid controlled. He is an excellent doctor who listens and gives detailed explanations that a patient can understand. I have recommended him to several friends and they have all been very grateful and happy with him.

I met with Dr. Pachon in January 2021. Appointment was fine and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Pachon ordered an MRI and gave me a phone number to follow up for the results. I spoke to a person at that number after the MRI who told me the doctor would call me back. He never did. I left 4 subsequent messages at the extension given and 4 weeks later I still do not have the results of the ...

Dr. Pachon is an excellent Rheumatologist. He saw my father with a severe gout condition that was making any movement difficult. Upon his visit he drained both his knees of fluid and did a portable scan of both to determine the severity of the areas. He also manually moved my fathers legs in different positions to determine if the hips were a factor. Within 7 days my father was completely recovered and all the swelling in his feet and ankles were gone. The Dr's wonderful treatment was the perfect medicine. Both my father and I cannot thank Dr Pachon enough for his medical knowledge and explanations, attention and compassion he showed throughout our visit.

I have been a patient of Doctor Pachon for about 7 or 8 years. He has been wonderful with the treatment for my Lupus. He consistently monitors my progress through lab work and each time, he breaks everything down and explains to me exactly what's going on. He's very empatgetic and I appreciate his patience and wisdom. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone/everyone.

Dr. Pachón is kind, thoughtful, and thorough doctor who quickly knew which blood tests I should take to figure out what was ailing me. He is an amazing doctor who took the time to fully explain my condition and answer all of my many, many questions. I had been to numerous doctors before Dr. Pachón without any answers and was incredibly happy to finally understand what was going on with my body. Thank you!
