It is so difficult to get a response from staff on medication approvals. we have waited for neurological meds five days after due date. That is not acceptable since patience cannot stop these meds.the doctor is attentive and caring but there never is a follow up from him.

Dr. Javier Lopez is the best doctor, he truly cares for his patients! He is amazing! He actually sits down and listens. 100% recommend him.The only reason I go here is because Dr. Javier Lopez is incredible!Unfortunately, the staff is horrible and talks bad about patients and DOCTORS in front of patients. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They need to learn some manners.

Dr.Lopez is amazing! I recommend him 100% to anyone with no reservation. I had some testing done with the tech Chris, he was also extremely personable and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Didn't even attend the scheduled meeting. Waiting over an hour in his virtual waiting room and he never joined. Called the receptionist and she could not find him the entire time. If I cannot trust him to attend a simple meeting, how can I trust him with my neruological needs?

He is an exceptional doctor, he comprises attributes that you don’t find in many doctors nowadays. He’s knowledgeble, experienced, patient, compassionate and listens to his patients. I feel very fortunate to have found a doctor that has a true interest in helping his patients as individuals. This doctor is AMAZING!
