Loh Ophthalmology Associates, let by Jennifer Loh, MD, focuses on cataract surgery, laser vision correction surgery, as well as pterygium surgery. She also cares for patients with glaucoma, dry eyes, ocular allergies, and infections of the eye. Veronica Gomez, OD is an associate and focuses on caring for patients with a variety of eye conditions. Roberto Andreu, MD has recently joined Loh Ophthalmology ad provides comprehensive care. Loh Ophthalmolgy has a very caring staff and they provide outstanding customer service.

As a new patient, I called for an appointment with Dr. Loh but she was booked through to April so they suggested Dr. Gomez who had availability in 2 days! I can’t say enough good about Dr. Gomez. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and kind. As was her assistant. Also, the cleanliness and comfort of the office, and staff were very nice. I went for a style and will keep Dr. Gomez for my eye doctor even though I live 75 miles away. Oh… and I was taken to an exam room immediately upon checking in and then only waited about 15 minutes. Filling out the forms they email you before your appointment is easy and I recommend you do that.

I was very pleased with my office visit today. The doctors, office manager and the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. I had almost no waiting time. Doctor Gomez was professional and very thorough. She made me feel like she really cares about my eye’s health. Definitely the best eye doctors in Miami. Highly recommend this office.

The only reason to give this a one star is not because of the doctor, honestly is because I wouldn’t wanna go somewhere that is staffed/managed with people that treat patients with disrespect. Making it seemed like they don’t care for the patient especially by how they speak through the phone and how they act with such overall disrespect. Management is not doing their job correctly. Waiting is also an issue, need to book appointments correctly for patients. No patient care. Overall needs improvement.

I waited 55 minutes in the waiting room. When I inquired if I would be seen soon, all I got was a blank stare. I ended up leaving. Extremely disappointed and frustrated at this wait time and that there was no apology at all. If you come here expect to take half a day off work and burn hours away. Poor office management.
