Please save yourself a time and look for a gynecologist that actually cares. She is not one of them. She refuses to talk to the patient even you make telemedicine appointment. She assume your condition based on your imaging rather than talking to you. I would not ever go back to her.

It was awful. Dr. Jocelyn Garcia was one of the sweetest gynecologists I met here in Miami. I had not seen her for a couple of years and I went to her office recently in South Miami. I am a special needs patient and I need someone careful and gentle with me. I told her I was very nervous. Dr. Garcia saw I was in pain during my exam and continued to do my pelvic exam while I was clearly in a lot of pain. I understand she was busy that day but I did not feel I was treated humanely at all. She should have stopped. I felt very disturbed for days after my visit and have not been able to communicate with someone in her office about my treatment. I will look for a better doctor for next time. Very disappointing.

Like always is with Dra Jocelyn. She is a young gynecologist, a professional, that I trust. I have been for 3 yrs. with her since she started at Dr. Hospital. The nurses and assistants are also professionals, and kindness with patients. It was a little difficult to get to the place where she is now in Sunset Drive street, but at the end, I learned how to get there, and it was a valuable and happy ending!!
