Dr Mavunda was wonderful with our son who had just been hospitalized for pneumonia. She took a detailed history and provided a plan of care that both treated his immediately illness as well as creating a long-term prevention plan. We couldn’t be happier with the care provided.

The bedside manor of this doctor is just not there. Good luck actually being able to see her in person and not just her nurse practitioner! She only wants to see your child if you adhere to her plan of care or if you vaccinate as she sees fit. Took my preemie somewhere else to get better care from someone who has time for her!!

Dr. Mavunda and her team have been with me since I was a child with severe respiratory issues. Her decision making and treatments have allowed me to overcome some very severe cases of asthma and complications because of it. There is not another healthcare professional I trust more with my lung health. In addition to her expert knowledge of the airway, I've also received vaccines from her in order to travel internationally. Her team has always felt like a family to me & Dr. Mavunda has been the best healthcare professional & choice for me. I recommend Dr. Mavunda to all and thank her for all of her guidance and treatment.

Hi I call to the office and RITA up phone she is very rude and I i her name she didn’t give me her name bcz I told her that I will tell doctor abt you and hang up my phone I call 8 times back to back and she didn’t pick up so I told my friend to call and she call and her name it’s RITA and she find out it’s me SHE DINT GIVE ME APPOINTMENT I hope doctor can see this customer service the employees give

I hear so many great reviews about Dr Mavunda but her front desk stuffs that lady is super rude , asking questions and she was just answering so sarcastic.

I have been seen Dr. Mavunda for my two kids and she is awesome. Her knowledge and her ARNP assistant also is super nice. They care a lot about you and answer all your question. If you don't have Insurance, she will give coupons to help you out with any medication or will give you the samples for the first time. I definitely love her and I will recommend her to anyone.

After being frustrated going to the Pediatricians office repeatedly and being prescribed Albuterol over and over again with no answers, I went to see Dr.Mavunda. She is very detailed and asked many questions about my daughters diet, environment, and was able to determine the reason why my daughter continued to get sick repeatedly. She is very thorough, caring, and seeks to find answers. She doesn't rush you through the office visit to write you a prescription and send you home. I highly recommend her if you have a child that is continuously getting sick with respiratory issues. She is wonderful.
