No la recomiendo .Estuve atendiéndome con ella x un año .Tengo arthritis Remathoidea y Lupos y Ella tendrá título pero para ser Dr se necesita mucho más su falta de sensibilidad y sus respuestas eran inaceptables. Llevo más de 32 años diagnosticada por lo que he conocido más especialistas y gracias a Dios no han sido como ella.

This rating is about Dr.Mueller’s office staff. They are horrible! They have zero compassion for the patients. I was denied seeing the doctor because I had two insurances instead of one. It was an error on the part of my previous insurance. The point is that I had insurance, yet they would not let me see the doctor despite my crying that I was in pain and had driven an hour for my appointment. They rarely answer the phones and when they do, they rudely put you on hold and leave you there for long periods (22 minutes my longest wait). They are just plain rude!

Excellent physician, very caring and explains everything with details. I highly recommend her.

I only have great things to say about Dr. Mueller. I cannot comprehend any bad reviews. I have a rare autoimmune condition, I am also relatively young and a single mother. Dr. mueller is a wonderful clinician and human being. She was so caring, and understanding of my concerns for my well being. She held my hand as I sobbed scared, since I did not know what I had. She went through all my labs meticulously and immediately contacted a reputable hematologist, whom she trusts. It was incredible, I was +/- diagnosed as they both spoke and concurred I had an autoimmune condition. I cannot thank Dr. Mueller enough for her time, her dedication, her compassion and her quick analytical review of my labs and symptoms, together with the hematologist. She did not leave me in the room until she got an answer. I thank God every day for her care, I know I am and will always be in great hands. I am indebted both to her and my other specialist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mueller for the past 8 years. She is a kind and caring clinician who has helped me with numerous joint-pain issues. She takes her time to explain your medical condition and options for treatment. She is a good listener who cares about a patient's well-being and also their personal interests as well.

I cannot rate Dr Mueller since today would have been my first appointment with her. I can tell you, however, that I had a terrible experience with her office staff. I was given an appointment for today, 11/15, 2019, only to find out when I arrived to the office that I had not been scheduled for an appointment, nor did they have a record of the call made to me indicating that the appointment was at 8:45 and I needed to be there at 8:15 to do the registration for new patients. It was inconceivable to me that something like this could happen, but it did. I was given no explanation for the mess up and all I got was that they were sorry for the inconvenience. My experience, therefore, leaves a lot to be desired. Even though the doctor has good reviews, I'm not sure I want to deal with the office staff again. I found them unsympathetic and uncaring. For that reason, I'm giving a one star rating. The star is a reflection of the office staff and not the doctor. I have no basis to rate her
