Never again! Your a number! He is anything but gentle, he stopped midway thru procedure to say my facial expressions were overly dramatic. I told him his force and slipping of the instruments was getting me worried about my large bridge, I spent years paying for and he got all argumentative and said next time you’ll go to sleep. I can’t afford $1300 (no insurance) in which he replied you could afford your $15,000 bridge!

Just had all four wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Alcalde and he was wonderful. I had the best experience, currently do not have any pain and just very minimal swelling. The entire staff was very caring, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you guys so much, I am very grateful for all of you including Anabel who was able to accommodate me in the schedule.

Took my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Alcalde, very little pain and no swelling. Healed perfectly fine. Highly recommend!

Possibly one of the rudest and uncaring oral surgeons I've ever encountered. Was late to surgery which staff told me its normal with him. Worst bed side manners I've ever seen. Very demeaning and rough. Doesnt care about his patients just money. Made me cry once pre op and once post op until I told him he wasn't allowed to touch me anymore and told the charge nurse to put that in my chart. Will be writing a nice complaint to a couple of people and agencies.

I went to Dr. Alcalde to have a spot removed from my tongue, which then needed to be biopsied. The procedure was done fairly quickly. Despite having stitches, i couldn’t see or feel them. There was virtually no pain in the following days either. I would definitely recommend this doctor. In addition, his office staff and assistant are excellent, as well.

I had a great experience with Dr. Alcalde. He implanted and removed metal plates to aid my orthodontic treatment, and also removed my wisdom teeth. He was very polite and kind to both my family and me. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Alcalde assesed my issue which was an infected wisdom tooth, explained what was to be done, Possible issues and his experience and reassured me he knew what he was doing. Truth is he removed my wisdom tooth with only local anesthetic and it was quick and hardly any pain. He sewed me up and afterwards not that much swelling. He was very funny during the procedure which calmed my nerves. Great professional and I definitely recommend him! Getting my other wisdom teeth out with him too!
