My experience with Dr Perez was a very positive one. I first came in for a consultation on a bilateral breast reduction. All of the staff in his office were very helpful and sweet. When I met with Dr Perez, he exhibited amazing bedside manners. He was very clear with all his observations and made sure that I was aware of all my options (sizing, implants, etc.). When it came to the day of the surgery, I had an amazing prep team that helped get dressed and comforted me when I started becoming anxious. The nurses and anesthesiologists were all very sweet. Dr Perez did an amazing job in both the surgery and keeping my parent updated on how everything was going. I couldn’t have had a better doctor for this surgery. He really makes you feel like family!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ramiro Pérez. I had a bilateral breast reduction done by him in December and the whole experience was absolutely amazing and comforting. Dr. Perez and his team were extremely accommodating and comforting through the entire process. They helped me understand and navigate the pre and post surgery process… Both the operation and recovery went very smoothly and Dr. Perez was very attentive…. I am extremely happy with the results, would 100% recommend him.

Came to Dr Ramiro Perez, i ABSOLUTELY recommend him ! I had a breast reduction and lift. The scar is absolutely beautiful, clean and thin. He takes his time to make sure everything goes smooth throughout the surgery process, holding my hand from the first appointment to the last. My breast are PERFECT! Hi, I'm five weeks post Op. And I want to thank Dr.Ramiro Perez for his amazing job. He performed an abdominal reconstruction "tummy tuck" I had a massive damage on my abdominal wall and multiples hernias do to an appendectomy, (peritonitis) this happened to me when I was seven years old. I had seen other plastic surgeons before and they told me that I was too skinny and did not qualified for a tummy tuck, well... thank God I waited and I prayed to God to put me in the right hands at the right time. I'M SO HAPPY😊👏 thank you so much. You did a WONDERFUL JOB. I feel very good, I didn't even get bruised, and I have a six pack🙌... (Oh and my belly button looks great.) And the best part no more pain and discomfort on my abdomen, before I couldn't even cough or laugh because of the hernias. May God bless you👏. and continue doing a great job👍👌... So if you are looking for a great doctor I recommend him 100%

Issue: Dog bite (130 lb Akita) to the face/chin of a 13 yo I called Nicklaus Main to let them know I’m bringing child to the ED and to confirm that a plastic surgeon was available. I was told yes. Arrived at ED at 10:00 pm, taken to a room at 1:00 AM (unbelievable, I know), requested to see a plastic surgeon multiple times - upon arrival, upon admission, at 2:00 AM, at 3:00 AM, at 4:00 AM. I was advised by the ED that they called the plastic surgeon who was on call, Dr. Ramiro Perez, and that he wanted pictures of the site. They took photos of my daughters face. The wound was NOT CLEANED all night and I had to ask for an antibiotic at 3:00 AM. The ED resident came in around 4:00 AM and advised me that the plastic surgeon who was ON CALL (which means get out of bed and take care of your patient!!!) said he would be at the hospital in 3-4 hours! Unbelievable, again. Of course this is unacceptable and I just kept getting, “I’m sorry”. So essentially, he knew my daughter was in the ED all night with an open wound from a dog bite on her face and he chose to sleep, or certainly, not come to the hospital to treat a patient. Disgusting excuse for a medical provider. He finally rolls in at 8:00 AM and I of course called him out. He said, “well, you wouldn’t want me working on your daughters beautiful face tired would you?” What an egomaniacal piece of garbage. I hope this doesn’t happen to any of his children. I bet he would get out of bed for them. I relocated from Cincinnati and I’m here to tell you, I felt like I was in a third world country at Nicklaus. Cincinnati Childrens is one of the best hospitals in the country and this would have NEVER happened there. You’re on call Perez! Get out of bed!!! Take care of your patients!!! Sorry excuse for a provider. And not giving my daughter numbing medication prior to injecting lidocaine right into the site. No concern for a child who had already been traumatized by an unprovoked dog attack, spent the night In a hospital without the wound being cleaned, and he just rolls in calling everyone love and sticks a needle right in the wound. Revisit why you do what you do Perez. The follow up to get her stitches out went like this - Perez saying he has to run to the hospital and directing, I’m assuming a medical assistant, to remove them. “No infection mom, so that’s a good thing”. Keep her out of the sun… I’ll be taking her to a real plastic surgeon, Carlos Wolf, for necessary after care and from this point forward as I’ve lost all faith and trust in this clown.

I am very happy with my results and would recommend to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. Working at the hospital has given me the insights on Dr. Ramiro Perez and since then I had no shadow of a doubt that he was going to be the plastic surgeon to perform my abdominoplasty. I had my procedure late December 2020 and I am amazed on how he transformed this mommy of 5 to better then the original! I am beyond ecstatic with my results! No complications, no regrets! 5 Stars is not enough!!

Dr. Perez is great . Recently had my breast augmentation and dr. Perez made me feel super comfortable. He was great at explaining everything and was just a pleasure to work with. Love my results. Would totally recommend dr. Perez and his staff.

I don't believe there are enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe Dr. Perez. I met Dr. Perez five years ago in the ER, after an abdominoplasty performed by another surgeon, went wrong. He literally saved my life. Two weeks ago he performed a major reconstructive surgery on the abdominal scar that resulted from the before mentioned abdominoplasty. The results exceeded my expectations, actually, blew my mind! But his tremendous skills are not the ONLY reason he is an amazing surgeon. Equally important are his bedside manners, his honesty, kindness, humbleness and sense of humor. When I finally decided to undergo surgery again, there was no doubt in my mind, that I would go to him. He raised the bar so high, I knew no other surgeon would be a match. If you are undecided, look no further! You will be in the best hands in town. I am eternally grateful to him!

Dr.Perez is, for me, the best plastic surgeon in Miami. He is genuinely nice and make his patients feel comfortable and at ease. My procedure and recovery was a breeze thanks to him. His staff is amazing and they all make you feel as if they’ve known you their entire life. Hands down the best doctor and staff in Miami !
