Stay away from this office of total crooks! They'll harass and set false appointments for you. I've never experienced such low life practices and have requested to be left alone.

Avoid this dental practice! My son is a student in Miami and went to this office for his annual exam and cleaning. They took x-rays and the dentist examined his teeth and told him everything looked good. The hygienist then told him a cleaning would cost $144 with his insurance. My son questioned why a cleaning would not be covered by his insurance and was told he needed an "irrigation" that normally costs over $700 without insurance. Thankfully my son was smart enough to call his father prior to agreeing to the cleaning. The office stated that they do not offer general cleaning and only offer cleanings with irrigation. I doubt the dental insurance would have covered this unnecessary treatment. How disgusting that a dentist would try to take advantage of a teenager! I am sad that this was my son's first experience going to a health provider on his own. He told me the last person he expected to try to scam him would be a doctor. We are filing a complaint through our insurance company, getting a second opinion, and may take further action.

Fantastic experience! I called this office at the very last minute due to an emergency dental situation I was having. The wonderful ladies, Nicole and Melinda were so polite and very quick to give me an appointment for the same day. I’m so grateful for these ladies in the front. Now, Ellie and Dr. Sandoval were equally just as amazing. This office worked miracles for me, same day. I can’t thank them enough. Everyone is incredible here and I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!! Thank you guys a bunch!!!! 10/10 EVERYTHING!!!

DO NOT come here for Invisalign. They only care about signing you up for treatment and making money out of it. But they rarely have appointments. Dr. Lopez is only there once a week. Which means that if anything goes wrong you’ll need to wait over a month to get an appointment. I haven’t even met the guy! Everything is done through his assistants. And things have even gotten worse since they sold the practice to Sage Dental. I wish I could just get my money back and go to a different practice. Too late for me though.
