South Miami Pediatric Dental Associates's Online Review Report Card

First timer with my 3 year old and WHAT an experience! I wanna go here lol. Everyone from the staff at the front desk to Sandy the dental hygienist, and of course Dr.martinez was amazing. Very personable, so kind, patient, and willing. Thank you for making our first experience a great one, we will never take our kids anywhere else. ❤️

Today was our first time appointment! We loved everyone and everything, especially our dentist, Dr. Martinez. As soon as we checked in, my son felt comfortable and at ease. It was the most pleasant first time dental experience and it will make all the difference down the road. We are so excited to return and to be part of the SMPDA family. My son was extremely fond of the dental hygienists and the way they made it easy and less fearful to see and clean his teeth. This is how all pediatric dental offices should be! Thank you to everyone for making my son’s 1st experience an unforgettable one. Highly recommend!

Good Costumer service

There is a reason that every single one of the hundreds of reviews are all 5 stars. We have had the best experience with Dr. Mario Martinez and his team over the years and recently even on a Sunday when Dr Mario went out of his way to make sure my daughter was quickly helped. From the moment you walk in the door, it is clear that they know how to make kids feel comfortable and excited to be there. The waiting area is filled with games that keeps the kids entertained while waiting. During the dental work, the staff and Dr Mario make getting dental work a fun thing to do for the kids. My five year old always asks when she can go to the dentist again. Incredible! After their dental work, they give the kids a coin for a fun toy vending machine, and even a popsicle as a reward! Dr. Mario is truly amazing with kids. He’s patient, kind, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that both parents and kids can understand while singing Taylor swift songs with them. My kids always leave the office smiling and actually looking forward to the next visit! We had a few other pediatric dentists before finding Dr Mario and without a doubt Dr. Mario and his team are simply the best! I highly recommend South Miami Pediatric Dental Associates

I couldn't be happier with the care my daughters receive. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient, making each visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr Fernandez to any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring pediatric dentist!

Everything about this office is wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door to the second you walk out. The staff, hygienists and doctors are all so pleasant and truly make their patients feel comfortable. My girls love coming here and I do too :)

La mejor experiencia que he tenido la verdad, pues a mi niña de 5 años me habían dicho anteriormente en otra Clinica que tenían que dormirla para hacerle el procedimiento , y aquí con la mascarita se dejo sacar su muelita, la doctora , FERNANDEZ, súper especial y sus asistentes más que especiales , yo los recomiendo 100% y soy bien selectiva cuando de mi niña se trata

As first time parents, we really wanted to ensure we gave our son the best dentist experience possible and I can now say that it was achieved! Everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and Dr. Martinez was fantastic. They're all extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and great with children. We have found our son's dental practice!
