Stephen J Miller's Online Review Report Card

Office staff difficult to deal with. Simple questions about surgery I'm told to read hand-out (question not answered there). Paid for previous visit while at doctors for last visit, they say I didn't pay. VISA statement says I did. I get appointment confirmation for a time and date I don't have, office tells me I must have cancelled it and don't remember. I send them screenshot of confirmation, no answer.

While I was Impressed with his office as well as his pleasant manner, I must admit diagnosis or lack of diagnosis was Pretty frustrating. I presented to forearm and wrist pain and stiffness He was convinced it was fibromyalgia. Negative. I had A test and another appointment. He took x rays recomended voltaten and said he had to “punt”. No referral to anyone else in any specialty. A simple google search demonstrates that cervical issues at C 6, C 7 may radiate to arm, forearm which was proven as true in my case and treated by steroid injections. I have seen that in the case of prior negative reviews, the doctor has questioned whether the reviewers were his patients. I was. I fault him less for not diagnosing than I do For him “punting” with no further options.

Stephen is a phenomenal hand doctor. He is very professional while still being funny and kind. If you have any hand/wrist problem: this is your guy. I highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Stephen. He explains everything. Had hand surgery on both my hands. His staff is the best!! Love them. They are on time with appointments and have never had to wait too long. And the front desk girl is super sweet.

Had surgery on both hands for carpal tunnel in the span of one month. Best experience ever. No pain and return to full function. Dr. Miller is incredible and his staff is professional and courteous. Office runs like clockwork, no wait times!!

My complaint is the front desk, they make you explain your entire history, place you on hold, leave you there. It's easier to find someone else. Hold... 7 minutes. Eventually hung up giving a stranger my entire life story for an appt for my hands.

Went there with a pain in my right pinky finger from arthritis, Doc gave me a shot and after a couple of days, the pain and stiffness went away, now i am going back for a chronic pain i have in my left wrist that worsens after I carry something heavy, i gotta know what it is and I know the doctor will figure it out.

I was recommended Dr. Miller and I am glad I listened. All around great Dr., great personality and you can tell he cares about his patients. great staff as well and I never waited more than 10 min to get into my appointment and the staff up front was always nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend his services.

Hello, my name is Harry I'm leaving this review regarding Dr Miller and his staff. Let me say upfront that my first appt today with Dr Miller may be the very best I have had seeing any doctor...ever. So, I have a very painful issue with a joint in my right hand. I definitely needed to see a hand specialist. I found that well researched reviews can make a tremendous difference in getting the best care. So I spent a few hours looking for a hand surgeon that I might have confidence in. Dr Miller had great reviews. So i booked an appointment to see him today. In short order, i realized that he has a very professional, competent and friendly staff. His PA, Diana, did my intake and was thorough & professional She did the requisite x-rays and then had me wait for a very short time to see the doctor. Dr Miller is extraordinary. He was genuinely concerned and very interested in taking care of this terribly painful hand problem of mine. He was very easy to talk to and was quite concerned with my problem. He especially impressed me with his eagerness to take immediate steps to begin helping me. Indeed above and beyond. Because i was so impressed with Dr Miller i look forward to posting additional reviews as this very painful hand problem is resolved. I highly suggest those needing hand care see him. I had zero pain after my trigger-finger surgery. Friendly and efficient office staff, and Dr. Miller is caring, available, and experienced.
