Horrible customer service, every time I go into this office for an appointment I have to wait over an hour to be seen and it’s always the same excuse the doctor is running behind due to surgeries. I am being charge for a bill that I paid and submitted proof that it was paid. Sherri scheduled my surgery and never put it in the books so I took the time off to find out the day before it was never scheduled with the doctor or the hospital . Christina called me to collect my copayment a second time after I had already paid it and when I expressed that I was upset she gave me attitude and said Sherri is the one that told her to call and get the payment and hung up on me. This place is so unprofessional . I will be looking for a new Gyn. I wouldn’t give it any stars but it make you give them something.

Dr. Awwad is very professional and empathetic. The office is clean and all personnel was respectful. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. I feel I can trust Dr. Awwad for my intimate health.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Awwad for 5 yrs. I travel an hour and a half to her office to see her specifically because in my 55 years, I have not experienced another OB/GYN who has more knowledge, compassion, and extraordinary bedside manner as she does. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great OB/GYN.

I recently switched providers to Dr Awwad due to insurance to have a surgical procedure. I had a fantastic experience with Dr Awwad as my surgical provider for a Robotic procedure. Dr Awwad was very thorough during my consult and afterward as she had years of records to look through prior scheduling my surgery. My surgery went as planned and I have minimal scaring thanks to Dr Awwad's expertise. She is also very kind and very caring and has a good bedside manner. The office staff took care of all of my FMLA paper work without difficulty. Look no further if you need GYN surgery we are so very fortunate to have Dr Awwad in our community.

Dont waste your time. Find another GYN. This office is notoriously famous for cancelling appointments. The first time is because the doctor had a vacation planned that week. Now after 2 months of making my appointment, all of a sudden she's not taking new patients and thats why she's cancelling. I've been seen at the office before. Is that soooo unprofessional or what? Will report this to my insurance company.

Had a tubal removal from Dr.Awwad and she was pleasantly friendly and answered all my questions about the procedure. I highly recommend her and will be using her as my primary care doctor if she will accept me.
