Terrible experience. I would never trust him. They ordered and had insurance approval for a cath and probable stent that were proven by another cardiologist to not be needed. He ordered expensive testing that wasn't needed so I could have minor surgery done by another doctor. My family physician has told me that he is NOT to ever see me again. I should have know something was wrong on my 1st visit when they were selling botox, but I knew for sure on my 2nd visit when he had 2 stooges praising the doctor while in the waiting room.

Dr. Brooks is excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate & enjoys educating his patients. He never rushes, listens & answers all your questions. Dr. Brooks makes sure that you understand your medications & diagnosis. His Nurses & Team Members are very knowledgeable & helpful. He preforms most diagnostic testing right in his office. I highly recommend him & have referred friends to his practice.

My hubby Dr. Richard Newell received treatment and care from Dr. Brooks at Brooksville hospital. Dr. Brooks immediately ran several cardiac tests and prescribed new medications. Thank you

I was treated by Dr Brooks for heart problems, after a stress test, I was put in an ambulance and rushed to Bayonet Point for emergency Triple Bypass and valve replacement. I was met in the emergency room by a heart specialist, who asked my symptoms, I said I had none, the doctor did additional tests, and told me I didn't need emergency surgery. I had the procedure over 4 years later, by the doctor that met me at the emergency room, Dr Rattehalli.

I am being treated for afib by this extremely caring physician. He always spends alot of time with me and never seems rushed. The office staff is AMAZING!!!!!

Dr. Brooks was called in as a cardiology consult when I was admitted to Oak Hill Hospital. After ordering several tests, he sat with me and my family and developed a plan of treatment. I have been following this and the meteranian diet and feel so much better. He truly cares about his patients!!!

I saw Dr. Brooks as a consult in the hospital. He pulled up a chair and actually talked TO me!!! No ego at all!!! He seemed really concerned with my lifestyle and how my health would affect this. THEN we made decisions on what was best for me. It has been 3 months after my surgery and I feel brand new!!!

Made an appt with ease and did not have to wait!!!! Dr. Brooks spent a lot of time with me since I have quite a history. I really liked him and his staff and would refer him to anybody!!!
