Audibel Hearing Center's Online Review Report Card

The hearing test Audibel did was very thorough. Amy was great about explaining the process and answering any questions I had. Love that Audibel follows up with appointments to check for any problems. They also do a thorough cleaning of the hearing aids. Would recommend Audibel and Amy for anyone's hearing issues.

We were very pleased. They were very professional.

So, I had been telling my mom, she needs to get her hearing tested, I would have a one way conversation with her, lol And I would say, While waiting for a response, Did you hear me? So, yesterday 3/23/2022 we went to a Walgreens, that happens to be right next to Audibel Hearing. I see it and a sign that says free hearing test We walked in and the lady at the front desk was Super nice. She took our info and we made a appointment. Today 3/24 we walked in for our appt. We filled out a little paperwork and turned it in. Elijah Morris came out and introduced himself to us and took us back to a testing room. He went over what he was going to be doing and explained how he did the testing. This Guy knew his stuff! So smart. He explained everything in such a great presentation that it was like hearing testing for dummies book, lol I actually was learning the whole procedure . ( Very Interesting ). This place was amazing. My mom of course needed some hearing aids, so they were fitting some demos on her. These things are like little computers in your ear. We could actually see from left ear to right ear, how they were working. We do realize, that I'm sure we could get cheaper hearing aids, but why would we do that? Audibel Hearing has so many offices everywhere that for the life of our hearing aids, we can walk in any office and get them cleaned or a battery changed. For my mom, that was a game changer! She is elderly and going through some rough health problems and that it would just be another added stress. This was our first and only time having a hearing test, and I must say this place rocked it! Professional, Personable, Clean, Happy, Patient and Knowledgeable. I will Recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys so much!! A++

DON'T BE FOOLED_ THEY CANNOT FIX ANY HEARING AID ! My Phonak aid wire between the Behind the ear electronics and the in the ear speaker broke!. My call to the audibel office assured me they could fix the aid. I dropped it off on Thursday evening and was told that the tech would deal with the repair in the morning.(they would call) At about 2:00 Pm I got the call "my aid was ready to be picked up" Leaving my golf game in the middle I rushed to their office. Where I was returned my still 'un-repaired' aid. What a waste of time for me- A quick check of their invntory on Thursday should have told them they could not repair it .

I am about 75 years old and beginning to have some hearing (range) loss. I had been following my hearing loss condition for about 5 or 6 years. I had gone to various places to have my hearing checked. One time, a couple of years ago, I was given a pair of hearing aids and told to try them out with almost no knowledge or training about what to expect. This year I went to Audibel and was seen there by Elija. He was very helpful, patient and initial exam was very thorough & he explained my option in detail. I was unsure as to whether my own hearing loss was quite to a point of requiring a device. I tried two different models a week or more. Throughout the process Elijah kept me well informed. I finally decided I just was not quite ready to use a hearing aid yet. The most remarkable thing of all (beside the top notch professional service was that when I announced not quite ready yet for a hearing aid he simply said "That's fine." I can't imagine better service in the six years I have been checking my hearing and considering my need for device. Just about the best service I have had anywhere for anything!

I was very impressed with my experience at Audibel. Elijah Morris was very informative regarding my hearing loss. I have had poor hearing all my life; and have experience with many audiologist/hearing centers over those years. This place was more involved and the time spent with me was to test and explain it all. So happy to have experienced this. I need to note that the gal who greeted me upon arrival there, Mikalya is very pleasant too.

I can’t say enough good for the Spring Hill Audibel. They worked great with my husband. From the time we moved down here 5 years ago they made my husband feel part of a group again being able to hear. Recently and sadly I just lost my husband and Elijah and Dakota went over and beyond to help me with an order my husband just made right before he passed. They are the most compassionate and caring people to work with! Thank you for all you have done for my husband! 🙏🏻❤️

From the first contact with Dakota at the front desk to the fabulous personal attention to detail from Elijah, I cannot say enough good things. So pleased that I took my mother too and she was treated with such respect and caring that she too bought new hearing aids there. Thank you for going above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and valued . You took the time to explain every detail and answered all our questions in language we could understand. I went in one day randomly to get my ears checked with no appointment thinking I would be there all day! Then I talked with Elias and he said he would have me in in minutes! Elias was such a funny and helpful person through the whole test, he gave it to me strait and said that I could use one hearing aid in my right ear. Then went a step further and looked in to my insurance and found that it would help me with the cost! Thank you Elias for your great expertise and fun attitude while helping me through my experience with Audible and family! I would recommend them to everyone I know!!
