Was here 3 hours before i was even seen came in at 9pm and still dont have answers and its 230 didnt even go back to a room till almost 1
I have been to many hospitals in my life and this hospitals is the best one ever. They when on and beyond their way to making the best hospital stay I have experience.
Well eat before you come and hope you enjoy sitting for 2plus hours in pain. Oh by the way I am in a fast track room so if this is fast I hate to see slow. I do have to aways most of the time this place is on top of things and get you out of here. Its been an hour since I have seen anyone and that was the xray person.
I’ve been sitting here with my 12 year old son since 345 pm. No separation of COVID patients. No social distancing in waiting room. No wiping down chairs. One ER doctor on a Thursday. Triage was done in the waiting room not in the triage room. My son had to give a urine sample and hold it in the waiting room till they came out and bagged it. My son complained of pain near his right kidney and pressure in his chest. CAT scan and ultrasound order but no labs….At 7 pm they call us up and ask…does my son have an IV…what? We are sitting in the waiting room. Does it look like he’s sitting there hooked up to an IV? If so..how did you miss it in the chart? I asked why blood wasn’t drawn while we waited hours got other tests? He didn’t know. He just got there. Order was put in at 7 pm. At 730 we’re taken to a room. At this point I thought this hospital ER didn’t have rooms. Doctor saw all patients in the Triage room. Weird….745 they put in an IV and draw blood and question the doctor’s ordered to administer D5 when labs haven’t even been done. It is 910. We are still waiting to see the doctor. I asked the lady at the ER desk how much longer he’ll be. She said he’s seeing patients in the waiting room….still only one doctor available? Cmon. I’ve been to many ERs and hospitals. This is by far the worst visit so far. Stay away.
They are friendly and actually care had a hick up the first time I went there with a nurse who was rude and unpleasant but I went back in to get a second shot for my pregnancy and my blood pressure was really high and they jumped right on it and got everything undercontrol they were friendly and I really like how they run the hospital
Physician I had was very nice and thorough. Lab was fantastic with drawing my blood and my veins were shot. Nurses were nice and CNAs were fantastic. I would recommend this hospital.
Years ago I had my daughter decided to give it a chance and still had the same horrible experience.. I understand times are hard so the waiting wasn’t the problem.. I was told I couldn’t have any antinausea meds because I was admitted to the admission doctor upstairs so he would have to write it and it would be to much work for the er nurse meanwhile I spent 11 hours in the er listening to all the employees cussing and complaining about patients in the hall. I also find it odd that they don’t separate the covid patients from the non and during such a pandemic we have people sharing roomsbathrooms. Luckily enough I didn’t have a roommate until the second night where they proceeded to let her daughter stay and they were super loud all night cussing and complaining to the point I was put on anxiety meds because it was to much. The next morning my caregiver was super rude exposing my diagnosis with the girls besides me as they laughed made fun of and acted disgusted by me. It’s a thin curtain.. the other side can hear. My heart rate shot up so high I ended up having to AMA myself where the nurse was super rude told me to make sure I had everything because I wasn’t welcome back. So now im dealing with an AMA and don’t have my prescriptions. No matter how serious or not nobody’s diagnose should be shared Teddy and Julie are amazing though
Why come here when they dont care about you . They like charge you like you not have health insurance and dont send u a bill for it then they go get lawyer take u to cort then so you 4 times
ER very efficient my husband negative for Covid kept in private room however his bedside table was s laundry cart Certainly unacceptable.. he was moved within 5 hours to a room on the 2nd floorVery understaffed he was kept in bed because ofMeds causing lightheaded in 48 hours noone changed a sheet offered him a washcloth or towel. Nice staff BUT terrible staffing and management organizing as to patient who need a few basic personnel needs .. areas in hospital was clesn in his areas .
Oh come on yall. Im reading the bad reviews on wait times in the Emergency Dept. Dont you know that here in September 2021 all hospitals in Florida are OVERWHELMED with Covid patients? Please have some compassion for our overworked nurses and doctors.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
