I’ve called three times and twice the phone was never answered. The third time I got someone, but was hung up on in mid sentence. If I can’t get them on the phone, I can imagine it goes downhill from there. Oh well, search continues…

I called for an appointment and the lady on the phone said they don't take cash or credit cards or debit, only INS company's money is legal tender in there office. They don't take cash!!! "WOW" Refusing legal tender!!!

Been trying for two weeks to set an appointment. 1st week called and explained I was a new patient. They said A Girl by the name Geneses would call me. Nothing, called them said she was at other office and would be in next week. 2nd week waited 4 more days nothing. Called office said she was at the other office again for the second week. Asked why she is not getting my messages, nothing. Asked for office manager, out all week. Asked for Dr Bixler out and on call all week. What kind of a practice is this dump. If you think I am exaggerating check below for yourself. This came straight from the doc himself. Noticed his replay came a year after I left the post. Yep, there’s a lot of concern at this doctors office.

My husband has been going to Brian Bixler for several years. He is very happy with him. Have never had any issues with him at all. I am now a patient of his. We both feel very safe under his care.

This Dr. is the absolute best for Family Medicine in the Spring Hill, Fl area. He was originally my partners Dr. then when she changed insurance company's had to move to another Dr. He now is my Mom's Dr. My Mom is 91 and he is so patient with her and spends real time listening. It's refreshing to have a Dr. actually spend the time to get to know his patients. Everyone I know that go to him are more than pleased. Wish I could go to him but he's under Humana only and I'm with Optimum.

we have found a very good doctor finally.the doctor,and his staff are caring,and do a great job.they and the doctor are very thorough.my wife and I have been impressed.

I called an requested an appointment and was told sorry you can't see the doctor this week because he's on call. I aggravated an arthritic neck and needed medical treatment asap. I can't get an appointment. I requested one two weeks ago and they just refuse to schedule anything. Instead they made a appointment with a pain management with a doctor that is not a spine specialist. Just another pill pusher and under investigation. I was only on two medications when I started seeing Dr. Bixler, now I'm on 8 pills. Feeling worse than I've felt in years. Find someone else.
