Unbelievable

Dr. Le saved my life! He is so so awesome and he is professional.

Completely disappointed in the staff I work at with patients and I work at a doctors office so no one can lie to me how a office it can solve issues. I can tell when the office does not want to take know when you are not wanting to call to fix a problem *not a quest problem when provider provided incorrect or insufficient idc 10 codes for a lab. Stuck with a 600 bill on person who can’t afford it then turns around and office adamant about not fixing it or provided enough documentation. 2. It’s against Hippaa replying reason as to why online. When I didn’t mention my problem :) Unprofessional

Dr Le and his staff from start to finish they go above and beyond.. I absolutely love the nurse so informative and the wonderful Dr Le I don't know what i would do without his guidance and care, he's the first gastro Dr who actually took the time to figure out what was wrong.. I have been seeing Dr Le for almost 2 years. He was the only GI dr that fully evaluated my symptoms with diagnostic testing . I at least now know what my problems are and the treatments have been beneficial. He has a tendency to speak very fast but I am gratified that he has open to discuss issues and concerns. I like the fact that he will review test results ie colonoscopy and endoscopy findings.

Dr. Bruce Le I have been seeing ever Sense he opened his office. I refuse to go to any other gastroenterology. Wether he takes or does not take my health insurance. All I basically have to say is if your looking for an Absolutely, Compassionate, Understanding, Thoughtful, Caring Dr. He is your Dr. He will explain everything to you for you to understand. Dr. Bruce Le is absolutely wonderful. A really great doctor. He is patient, takes time to talk to you and from my experience, he gives great diagnose.I love how patient and compassionate he is he hears you with ever issue you have. I highly recommend him and staff.

I was referred to Dr. Le by my gynecologist for an overdue colonoscopy. The whole experience was smooth and professional. Dr. Le is very knowledgeable and has a calm, caring personality. He explained the procedure and the test results thoroughly. I did not wait over 5 minutes for my appointments and I found his office staff to be very efficient. A truly exceptional experience. Thank you Dr. Le and staff.

I have seen Dr. Le for about a year now. He’s done my two endoscopes which helped me be able to eat!! He’s very friendly and seems to care a lot. I don’t think he likes me very much but he was still always professional and nice. He’s very intelligent but also very human with great bedside manners. He wanted me to go see another doctor in Tampa but I still recommend him. His staff has also been very nice and helpful.

Another doctors office that so overbooks their practice that their tiny 10' x10' waiting room is packed in with 8 to 10 people sitting side by side. The patients that don't fit, sit or stand outside the office on very uncomfortable concrete or metal chairs. Dr. Le, himself, is a decent guy but whether it's his policy or his office managers call, as to how many patients to book in one day, I don't know. The excuse I invariably receive is "we had complex patients earlier today". Yet every time I go there the same scene awaits me, starting in the hallway. I believe it to be gross mismanagement or just plain greed. As older patients, we have little to no power to force this office and others, to respect their patients time and safety. Packing folks in like sardines and being totally callous to the discomfort we as patients feel is ,IMHO, unethical and disrespectful. Hope this helps those that feel similarly that are looking for a new Gastro. I found a different one. Hope they're less ambitious. Thanks, Al V.
