This was a horrible experience. The building isn't wheel chair accessible and I had to walk around the entirety of the building to even get my mother inside or outside. My mother was experiencing urinary retention due to a UTI and pain. I called prior to arriving to the urgent care asking if they'd be able to assist with putting a caithder in and they stated they would. I also disclosed my mother is a stroke patient who can't walk or speak due the severity of the stroke, they stated they could help. I waited an hour, there was no triage with patients as my mother agonized in pain. The doctor was sitting in his office while my mother screamed in pain, I asked the nurse for help twice. No one seemed to care until I stated she needed assistance, due to extreme discomfort for the third time. When the doctor came in he ran in stating she was on the ground(which she wasn't) and was extremely rude and condescending. I am not sure if he was rude due to the fact I am only 24 years old caring for my mother in her early 50s or he just had horrible bed side manner. I proceeded to leave with the doctor walking me out apologizing due to his horrible care. He even stated wouldn't even charge us for his horrible care, how swell... until I got the bill in the mail last week. It took 5 hours to later receive care at the er and a total of 7 hours to have a caithder installed.

Been there twice for my kids and both times have been awesome. Some of the nicest, professional, caring people around. Had my son in for an upper leg issue and was treated the best way possible. From the desk worker to the nurse, to the doctor to the girl who collected the payment. Just all around awesome.

Waited 1 hour to see the nurse. The medical assistant took my vital signs just put me in a room and didn’t say anything and closed the door on me.

We have brought our daughter here a few times and they have always been excellent. We are happy to have found them.

Today we had a wonderful experience at Care One Urgent Care Facility on County Line Rd in Spring Hill. From the time we checked in & registered until the time we checked out, every medical staff employee was caring and compassionate. Dr Ed and his PA Joel were so caring, knowledgeable medically and made us feel like they were caring for us as though we were their family, especially when my husband wasn't feeling well. We'd absolutely recommend this facility to everyone we know and we'll definitely return in the future when we need medical attention. Thank you Dr Ed as we think you're a doctor with integrity and a heart who really made us feel special.

Dr Ralph Brown and staff were excellent. Dr Brown was extremely thorough in his examination and accurate in his analysis.

Very quick and friendly service PRN was extremely good with the kids, and very personable. Will definitely be coming back if need be, and for next years physicals.

8 year old son with fish hook in his finger...staff were very passionate about making him comfortable. Awesome job to all involved. Thanks

Everyone was great there and very professional so glad you're here mt regular Dr is in NPR so it's good to have a clinic to go to this close that I trust. Thank you for the great care.
