I finally found a great doctor only to get a letter today about him leaving the medical practice. Truly a disappointment. At least give his patients a reason for his departure.

All the staff I encountered during my visit were great. Dr. Frankel made me feel comfortable and understood within moments of speaking. He offered to go beyond what he felt was necessary, simply for my satisfaction. He also offered guidance (without being asked to) in an area that goes beyond his realm of care which really showed me he actually cared and wanted what’s best for me. Gladly returning to him on a regular basis now. Highly recommend!

Dr. Frankel is exceptional as a primary care physician. When he walks into the room, his cheerful and positive personality make you feel welcome and comfortable. He listens attentively when you’re talking and quickly comes up with a game plan to meet your medical needs. He is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. His confidence and professionalism provide a feeling of safety and trust that make you feel like you are in good hands. My family and I feel very fortunate to have him for our doctor.
