Staff didn’t give her Christmas gift I brought for her on Saturday morning. Socks, water, tv remote gone from her room. Every time I visit, which is at least twice a week, something is not up to par. Plus nobody ever knows the answer to my question. In my opinion after a year plus, they need supervision who can supervise and additional staffing. Cameras would be nice too to see who’s doing what! It’s getting worse and the cost keeps going up!

Mona did an awesome job of walking me through the mountain of paperwork for admissions. She answered all my questions and I had quite a few. A very assuring experience when making a difficult decision. Thanks Mona.

I find lack of employees, including nursing staff. The food is plain, lacking in flavor. The rooms and bathrooms need cleaning. There's a wood hand rail in the bathroom that has a 1 inch of dust, and dead cockroach behind her chair,(been there a few weeks). Nope I donot recommend this facility.

My mother had died at this facility last year, after suffering 2 years of abuse and mistreatment. I will do all that I can to get this facility shut down, in order to stop them from continuing to victimize, mistreat, and eventually kill their residents. Do NOT send your family members here.

There not a good facility I used to work there and I’ve seen things that would have this place shut down but I like some of the staff who need the job who actually do there job correctly so all I’ll give is this review DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY LIVE HERE

Please make sure All Catholics are in the lobby or cafeteria for Mass which begins at 9 am every Wednesday EXCEPT the third week, which the Priest will be serving Communion.

I deleted my review because I'm better then that. But the place is still a dump and management is letting the residents down. The place is dirty. And the employees deserve to be treated so much better.
