the only problem is that Google has the address incorrect. It should be 118 Seven Hills Dr. Google said they would fix it, but haven’t. Excellent care there.
From my very first phone call to set up a new patient appointment I was greeted with respect the staff is absolutely so kind, caring, and truly care as about their patients. Dr. Bixler is one of the best Physicians that I have as be ever had. Basically I am pretty healthy and Don't require attention however Dr. Bixler took time to get to know me as a person, he genuinely cares about his patients. Having a medical background and working with many physicians many years I highly recommend Immediate Medcare if you are in need of a fantastic physician surrounded by an awesome team of employees.
Get rid of Dr. Connolly it will be like it was.Staff is friendly.Been having problems.Always ultra sounds.Does not recommend a GI doctor or cardiologists at all.Just threw me pills for burning.Guess what did not work. Will never go back there. She is just making it worse.Still pain and bringing up bile and now no bowl movement.Thank you so much for making it worse.Really big help.Great place but going down the drain.
I was surprised to see 2 negative postings for this group.I have beengoing to them for years and have only good things to say about them.Whenever I have an appointment I only have a few minutes before I see My doctor.Dr.Nicole is by far the best doctor I have ever had.She is always very precise when explaining different procedures. The staff is very professional, accomadating, and friendly.
Dr Joshua Lehman is my primary They have a great staff all are kind and great communication I have never had a problem with anyone even if my Dr. is not in i get to see a different doctor to help me out if i need meds refill they do so getting referrals no problem
Dr. Bixler is a great doctor. He diagnosed me with skin cancer. I'm glad he caught it!!!
dr sisto serefini is honestly the best doctor I have ever met he had been my father in laws primary doctors for years now. he has always gone above and beyond we are so grateful to have found him. he actually listens to your concerns a rare thing to find and truly shows concern, compassion, understanding, and care. 10 Stars Thank you from the bottom of our hearts the Indelicato, Vega Family
Worst office staff ever! Dr Bellant is sweet, but the staff is useless. My mother and grandfather have to fight non stop to get the referrals they need and prescriptions filled that the Dr orders. Once again my almost 90 year old grandfather is waiting over a weekend to get antibiotics Dr Bellant wanted him to start on a Friday, but the girls apparently dont have time to actually call in. If you're primarily a Medicare provider, the staff should be well educated in the importance of treating geriatric aged patients in a timely manner.
They used to be good. I was very happy with my Dr. After he retired, I was "assigned" a Dr that I'm lucky to see twice a year regardless of how many times I'm there. Everything is run by the office staff who are rude. The Nurse Practitioner is stubborn, bossy and refuses to listen to the patients. I got a call from her and instead of listening, she hung up on me. I have been having health issues since last Thanksgiving with aches, pains, coughing phlem and general fatigue. During that time, I had a few blood tests but no throat culture, X-Ray, or any other tests. I was told it's "allergies" but they wouldn't refer me to an allergist or for that matter an ear, nose and throat specialist. Final Analysis : After being pressured by my insurance company the Dr relented. I went to the allergist who determined that I need to have weekly injections for the next 3-7 years to relieve the many allergies I have and possible surgery. My medical records from Immediate (who charged me $35 to get them) clearly shows many visits with the diagnosis "Allergy" with NO referrals. I cancelled all appointments and am getting a new Doctor in a new medical group. Complaint being sent to Florida Department of Health against the Doctor and the group.Stay away from Immediate MedCare for your health's sake. All Immediate MedCare appears to be is a medical mill: making money off seniors with a minimum of effort to make them well. They don't care about their patients, all they care about is the Medicare money train.
Dr. Kera Connelly is an unprofessional and uncaring very young doctor who does not no how to communicate with her patients. I was out of town and had a problem with a medication I asked to be titrated down from. She did not provide me with enough of the medication to finish the weening off process. When I called the office a message was sent to Cheryl, the doctor's nurse, who was unsympathetic to my situation, was rude, and uncaring. She claimed she would talk to the doctor and get back to me, but I really wanted to talk to the doctor myself. Obviously the doctor didn't want to do that. Next thing I know they won't make appointments for me, or refill much needed prescriptions. I finally received a letter in the mail terminating services. I couldn't believe it. It was so wrong of an act. In the past I had my family doctor for 13 years and never a problem. If she had a question regarding an unclear message she would personally call me. Not Dr. Connelly, she just ignores you and terminates any and all services. Do not go to this doctor, you deserve a doctor who cares and lives up to the oath of doing no harm!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
