This doctor would not even see me three times staff saying due to covid. He told me yes he would see me do a home test first that didn't work ended up in the hospital. Yes I had a cough due to COPD not covid! Highly do not recommend

The very best doctor u could ever ask for. Very passionate and caring about his patients. He always takes the time to talk to u and ask questions.

I share the exact same sentiments of others on the review of Dr Aristilde. His STAFF (KATHY!) is a deal-breaker! She REFUSES to pass any messages onto the doctor! I work at a Drs office as well and can tell you that a receptionist can make or break your connection to your doctor. KATHY is one of those! The Dr I work for would NEVER allow me to speak to a patient or patient's family the way KATHY speaks to them! I have considered going into the office lobby and just waiting until the doctor comes out of the exam rooms to sign something up front, and then sharing everything his girl KATHY is doing and not doing. I really don't think he knows. Hopefully he wouldn't keep her on if he knew. And if he DOES know, his patients should move on to another PCP if he does not reprimand her! I know 3 other people that have had a VERY bad experience with KATHY! She has hung up on me as well and THAT is where the buck stops! Since a doctor can either allow or NOT allow his employees to treat the patients badly since he 'works for himself', the only way to fight it is to find a new PCP! OR review him and his staff on the medical review boards. Reviews of Doctors and their staff are VERY important to those that are looking for a reputable office with a friendly staff and a doctor who cares. This doctor is not all he's cracked up to be either. His choice of office staff and his care for his patients (or at least the patient I am talking about) is less than stellar. As an 'everyday 'go-to Doctor', he might suffice (IF you don't have to see or have anything to do with KATHY!). But when it comes to serious matters and hospitalizations, he falls short. This is no 'sour grapes' complaint. This is the truth as our family has seen it. If reviewing this Doctor for the first time, just know we are trying to tell you what we have seen and heard. KATHY, the office girl is very rude. The staff can make or break a doctor. They have no supervision and the doctors are ALWAYS too busy to notice. With employees like KATHY, there is no reasoning with them. THEY ARE RIGHT and THEY will determine if the Dr gets your message or not! And since you can't speak to the doctor, you will never know if he got the message or not. Short of waiting outside until closing time and asking him right out if he ever got the message, there would be no way to know. Receptionists such as KATHY should be held accountable if Drs do not get a message left for them simply because the KATHYS (Karens) don't think he should return the call. But when KATHY hung up on me. that was the BOTTOM line for me. I WILL talk to Dr Aristilde and find out the truth! Until then, these review boards will be my refuge.

KATHY! What can be said about KATHY! VERY unprofessional office worker. Either does not give messages to Dr OR Dr doesn't return his calls. Either way, not acceptable. When I called back to ask why Dr didn't call me back ,she hung up on me. NO office worker should be able to get away with that without being reprimanded. She is very lucky to have her job. Most doctors would never allow that from their 'office girl'. IF they know. I think KATHY is the deciding factor on whether Dr gets his messages or not. Or maybe he does but doesn't return them. We'll never know for sure. But for reasons, I wouldn't want nothing to do with either of them. JMO.

I've been a patient for over 10 years my 1st visit was for knee pain which he referred me to an orthopedic doctor where I got my 1st cortisone shot. However now 10 years have past and my cartridge has been deteriorated and I am a candidate for knee replacement, I have been going to the bone and joint orth doctors for over 8 years. I had cortisone as well as gel injections done, my insurance requires me to have a referral from my pcp doctor before I can be seen by a specialist and Dr Aristide is not making it easy.. he now want to treat me for my knee pain and do my cortisone shots. So the girl cathy in the office brings me in after telling her I'm in pain and can hardly walk I have to wait 5 days for the visit and then I find out they dont have cortisone in the office its waiting to come in..really? You prevented me from my orthopedic doctor because you refuse to give me the referral. This has become a hugh problem and I explained my frustration with the doctor and his office staff, im interagated before I can make an appointment and have to be diagnosed by the receptionist before shell bring me in and when requests for a referral is sent they never seem to get it, it always has to be sent 3x..I have sat in my orthopedics office and been xrayed waiting for the doctor only to be told we cant see you, your doctors office never sent back the referal...I am also a heart patience and need my pcp to approve my visits to the cardiologist...needless to say I've found a new pcp doctor...its said when money gets in the way of your health

Dr. Aristilde is an excellent doctor. However, his staff makes it impossible to actually see or speak to him. They lack civility, empathy and anything remotely resembling helpfulness. Do you need an inhaler to breathe? Good luck getting a refill. Are you ill and need an appointment? Good luck getting an appointment or the medicine you need to feel better. I've been putting up with their complete lack of professionalism because Dr. A is great but they need to find work that doesn't involve customer service or God forbid, actual compassion and I need to find a new doctor who hires competent office staff.

Dr Aristilde has been my primary care physician for several years. He really is the best. I never feel like he is in a hurry or rushed and his office staff are consistently wonderful as well.
