This doctor saw my mom for a double ankle fracture, she needed an urgent surgery , she was in pain! Suddenly, he refused to operated her, he had some kind of discussion with the primary doctor ! And finally because of it , he denied to see my mom again , everything was ready at hospital , he just said I am not going to operated her! it was after two weeks of appointments ! It is unbelievable that a doctor Ego was more important than his patient! It means that he is not a good person! My mom has to look for another orthopedist, with three weeks fracture and pain , all because of him! We don’t recommended him! He is disrespectful, we are looking for a new doctor and my mom hasn’t have her survey yet!

Doctor was unwilling to fill out FLMA paperwork for my job prior to surgery. I called to ask a simple question regarding the approach used for hip replacement and the question could not be answered unless I scheduled another visit. I will be visiting another surgeon for sure. This provider is not professional! If I could give zero stars I would.

My wife had knee replacement by Higgens. The glue he used on the replacement turned to powder and he told her he could not help and sent her elsewhere. 6 years of pain and she had it redone by a competent surgeon. He is unprofessional and vulgar.. Avoid at all cost.

I fell trying to sit down at m computer and broke my femur. Was taken to the Bravera ER, Dr Higgins was on call and how fortunate I was to have him for a surgeon. He made the repair with an appropriate device and my recovery has been steady and extremely well supervised by Dr. Higgins.

This Doctor is 1 in a million. He cares so much about his patients. 1st time my knee went out on me it was late afternoon, closing time for the office. I called his office and told them about my issue. Dr. Higgins waited along with his trainees, until I arrived to check me out. What other Doctor will take the time to stay after hours to care for a patient. I'm 77 years old and have never come across a more compassionate and dedicated Doctor as Dr. Higgins.

If you would like to be Dismissed and embarrassed then Dr.Higgins is the Dr for you . He is very unprofessional and rude . I have X-rays and reports that I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc disease and have height loss on more than one disc in my spine. Dr. Higgins dismissed me and my pains . Told me that my pain is wear and tare from having a new baby . Says I don’t have anything . Then say all I need is a steroid injection . So if I don’t have anything then why give me an injection. Most likely to charge my insurance. But I had hoped well atleast maybe it will relieve some pain . So I agreed. 10 minutes later he walked back in with two other male students Dr’s . He then gave me my injection and as I was putting my pants back up to my waist he then says to me “ If you just had a baby why are you wearing skinny jeans “ (I would like to add I had a baby 2 years ago)and proceeded to laugh . 🤬 That was extremely embarrassing.🙈 So not only did he not help me with a treatment plan and basically dismissed my pain and he thought it was ok to make jokes to a women in front of his students . I will never go to this Dr again . And I will be filing a complaint

Dr Higgins was amazing! Just got done with X-rays and fluid taken out so that Suparx gel injection could be put in. Loved how informative he was and didn’t beat around the bush. Can’t wait for my final 4 injections and to finally be able to move! Also the office staff was extremely friendly and courteous and answered every question I had.

Dr Baehr was amazing. I have blood issues and he not only helped me with my diagnosis but took all the time I needed to speak with me and provide advice. He was extremely helpful and caring. I would highly recommend him.

Staff was very friendly, saw me on time, spent all time necessary with me, great treatment overall on all counts! Love this down to earth doctor.
