Dr. Higgins has a no b.s. approach to medical care and listens to you. Finally, a doctor that is real, not to mention is staff is fantastic!

I visited Dr. Higgins on January 25, 2023, after a fall and broken elbow. I when to him with a x-ray from St. Joseph Hospital and a report stating that I needed surgery. He looked at the X-ray for a second and told me I only had a fracture and just need to do some exercise he took the splint that I had off and send me home with and appointment to return in two weeks I when home trusting him and did the exercises he told me to do. When I returned on February 8 , he then took another x-ray and quickly told me that my elbow was shatter and that I needed surgery and there was nothing he could do for me and referred me to a surgeon. By the time I had the surgery 5 weeks had passed since the fall. In the mean time I had to endure extreme pain and no mobility for those five weeks. My recovery has been very painful and long 7 weeks had pass since the surgery and I’m still can’t move my arm, there still swelling in my wrist and finger, physical therapy is a struggle and painful . And my arm / elbow will only be 80% normal, all due to the time waited to have the surgery. I highly encourage that if you have the option to see another Dr. Please do so.

I seen Dr Higgins today for frozen shoulder and he is straight to the point, down to earth and eased my mind and I would recommend him!

Dr. Higgins and staff went above and beyond for my wife.

If I could do no stars, I would. Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. He is rude and arrogant. Went toAll Saints and got prepped for surgery and it never happened. He had a hissy fit because the anisthiologist was late and took it out all the patients bellowing that we all have to reschedule. He doesn't mind making you wait but he won't do it himself. Absolutely no bedside manor. I'm done,will try to find a doc with a little more compassion

The complete staff are kind, respectful and professional. They keep a very clean office. I would refer everyone to them. Thanks Dr. Higgins & Staff

I was delighted to receive a New Patient appt. with Dr. Higgins within the week! His staff was kind and professional. Dr. Higgins was very thorough, pleasant and took his time explaining my condition and options. I highly recommend Dr. Higgins!!!

The review below from someone who claimed he was rude and only took a few minutes to diagnose, I found that exact same manner a refreshing new way of handling issue. He came in shook my hand asked what was wrong and within three minutes told me I did not need surgery, gave mea shot exactly where I needed it and I have been pain free ever since. No need for the long and drawn out talking about every little nuance. Get me better and on my way. I have referred several to Dr Higgins, and will continue to

Very professional and caring. I’m new in the area and he took X-rays. Told me what was wrong and exercises to help. He gave me shots in my back and the pain is almost gone.
