When I went with my oldest child I was told it's policy that I'm not allowed in the back with them. Which was odd because I've never been asked to leave my minor child alone during a medical/dental appointment before, but when my husband went with my other two children he said he was allowed in the back? It was weird. My oldest is special needs and it was very upsetting to them that I couldn't be there and a full blown meltdown with tears happend. I just wanted to give a heads up to other parents the experience was strange and I just recommend going somewhere else.

Sandra the receptionist, grace the dental assistant, and the dentist they called Doc all made my experience excellent. They went above and beyond to get me out better than I came in. It worked. 👏🏾

I went to the dade city location and got dentures in January. And they were MESSED UP. It wasn't my first rodeo with dentures but the denture specialist did not listen to my concerns and sent me out the office with messed up denture. The bite wasn't right. It was a mess. I was so upset I waited 6 months before even trying to get the problem fixed. I went to premier dental and spring hill and was immediately met with an active listening ear from the dentist and the assistant. They were wonderful and made me feel heard and validated. She had to text her boss pictures to see what they could do. They called back 4 hours after my appointment to let me know they will be doing a brand new set free of charge 😊 best dental team around by far!! Thank you so much

The check in help was excellent. Once I arrived, I was directed to my appointment. Where I met a very compassionate and helpful counselor.

I have been discriminated against by the receptionist on several occasions since I am a Latina, I asked her to speak to someone and she told me that there was no one in the dentist who spoke Spanish, she was very inconsiderate with me for arriving 15mt last to the appointment. But last week I took a lady from America to that same dentist and I arrived 20mt late and if she could stay at her appointment then how she did she?

Front office staff were extremely rude. Although the service was not directed towards me, waiting and listening to how the staff addressed an inconvenience of not being able to translate for another Spanish speaking client was disturbing to listen to. The staff was not quiet about voicing her irritation. Overall, I went for a cleaning, the hygienist was kind, however the cleaning itself was decent. This was my first time at the Spring Hill location, unfortunately the first encounter due to customer service was not great.
