List of Primary Care Walk In Clinic Spring Hill, Fl's Reviews
Every single complaint on here is met with an unprofessional and rude reply. Most likely coming from the rude woman who works the front desk, many of the complaints are about her. Take some accountability. When you receive 50+ 1 star reviews over the course of years it is clear that the clinic is the issue and not the patients. 0 stars.
This doctor rocks. I work a busy schedule and he always makes sure that I can get the care that I need and my medication. I have never had to wait long at his office but If I did it's worth it. Thank you so much for the great care.it is appreciated!
I saw Shannon Burgos, APRN for the first time at my office visit yesterday. I have to say she was very thorough and gave me advise and options about my healthy care. She took plenty of time to listen to me and my concerns. I hope that she continues at this office as she knows me and my medical history and concerns now and it is very upsetting to have someone new every time I have an appointment. Having to go over everything with someone new each time I have an appointment is a pain and I don't feel like I get the same quality of care as I do when having the same person each time. I hope Shannon continues at this office. She is definitely an asset. Thank you Shannon.
Best experience I’ve had with a drs office. Everyone in the office was nice but the Dr was the best. Dr Shannon Burgos made me feel at ease from the second I met her. A lot of Drs make you feel like just one patient of many but not Dr. Burgos. She genuinely listened and actually cared. she exceeded all my expectations!! Can’t say enough good things about her. So glad I found her!!
Update: I did find a BEAUTIFUL and PROFESSIONAL office, that treats you like a patient and with care and concern to your issues!!! Just read their responses to EVERY negative review and see that they have no accountabilty and how their own words speak to their unprofessionalism! Do you really think that this behavior will give you the care you need? Trust me, RUN don't walk. Came to the County Line office in January. Had initial consultation; came back for Women's Exam. I take limited medications; but they are maintenance medications that I need to take daily. I never call their office and am generally low maintenance. When I requested a refill I was informed that they required an office visit by my pharmacy. I called and from the moment they began speaking to me they were rude and condescending. Insinuated that I did not know what I was taking or my allergies. They did insist that I come in the next day; when I informed them I could not take the time off of work and could not afford the copay right then, they would not budge. While I understand a policy, clearly I am not a frequent visitor and could have been worked with. Most Dr's office would give you an emergency refill and inform you to come in within the next 30 days; or call with a reminder that you need to make an appointment soon; etc. I never heard from this office in regards to Blood Work results or otherwise. I would NEVER recommend this office to ANYONE. Trust me! STAY AWAY! You can see how rude they are in the way they answer the reviews. They do NOT care about the patients or the patients needs!
I hardly ever write reviews but tonight was the worst experience ever, I have been here a few times thus far and had a great experience, even made them my primary… HUGE MISTAKE, I spoke to a wonderful doctor by the name of Leslie and Lauren took my vitals, both were awesome….. AND THEN I went to checkout and the devil at the front desk was the rudest nastiest thing I’ve encountered , blows my mind that she would be at the front desk representing any business , but healthcare is a far stretch . This should absolutely be addressed, I will be reaching out to my insurance to change my primary although I like the doctors here, I truly believe that adults should be held accountable for their actions , the doctors shouldn’t have to go above and beyond and lose patients due to the uncivilized behavior of a staff member( don’t know her name but it’s the one with the big head who looks a little slow) but really really rude
Always very good no problems
I’ve been to this place 3 to 4 times just a walk in what a great experience. Everybody was so pleasant. Between the staff and the PAs such good people.
Doctor was very informative, he explained it with detail and fast got me in and out less then hour and the nurses were very helpful and very affordable
What a pleasant and great Doctor ( Dr. Dhaliwal). Also, the rest of the staff were all polite knowledgeable, fun to deal with.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
