Staff was very pleasant.Dr.PerdomoIs a very nice and understanding person and made me feel like I mattered and that how I felt was important.Very pleasant experience……. Thanks
The doctors are great!! But they sure have the wrong staff for scheduling.
Jane is a great hygienist!
I am submitting this complaint against Premier Community Healthcare because of the discriminative and unprofessional service I received from Rachel Cook as a Black patient.(1) On August 27, 2021, Rachel Cook provided patient services to the White patients who checked in after me. Rachel Cook made me wait for over 35 minutes and Rachel Cook never called me for my patient services. When I asked Rachel Cook why she serviced the White patients first but these patients checked after me, Rachel Cook told me it was her judgment call to see those patients first. Next, I addressed this issue with Rachel's supervisor, Nurse G. Herrera, and Nurse Herrera said, "this was not Premier Community Healthcare's policy and Rachel cook should have provided patient services to all patients in the order the patients checked in at the front desk.(2) I thought Nurse Herrera resolved the issue with Rachel Cook but on September 08, 2021, I found out the Rachel had my urine sample thrown away on August 27, 2021, because Premier Community Healthcare did not collect my blood sample with my urine sample. After I addressed this second issue concerning Rachel Cook with Dr. C. S. Lindsey, Dr. Lindsey was supposed to let me know the Premier Community Healthcare policy on collecting Lab samples and sending the samples to the lab. I expressed to Dr. Lindsey that Rachel Cook collected my urine sample on August 27, 2021, and threw my sample away because Rachel Cook said Premier Community Healthcare had to send a urine and blood sample to the lab at the same time. However, on September 08, 2021, Premier Community Health sent the lab my blood sample without my urine sample! So, someone is being dishonest. Once again Rachel Cook has displayed discriminative and unprofessional behavior. Three days have passed since I last spoke with Dr Lindsey and I am still waiting for a professional response on the following questions: 1 - Why did Rachel Cook provide me with discriminative and unprofessional service as Black patient?2 - What is Premier Community Health Lab collection policy?3 - Why did Racheal Cook violate this policy again?
The only good thing about this "clinic" is the cost. poor service, they sent me an appointment reminder and I got there and was told my Dr dosnt work there anymore. they refused tolet me see another Dr and made me wait another month to see another Dr. It's been a month since that appointment and yet I'm still fighting to get a life or death medication!!! Sad part is I've even called their corporate office and I'm still waiting.
Excellent service from start to finish--what a valuable resource for the uninsured!
We had a decent experience once we finally got in for an appointment although calling to make an appointment is torture. I've called at least 5 times today only to go through a lengthy prompt system only to wait as it rang and rang and would end up disconnecting. Yikes how can we make an appointment for an urgent matter?????
Lovely people. Attentive. Just registered for primary care. The office seemed rather busy but everyone was nice and accommodating. Look forward to the future here for my general medical care.
Went to get a routine cleaning paying cash and upon arrival was told I had 2 different appointment times for a hidden Dr. Exam and cleaning. I did not fall for the con attempt and left.
Dr. Delisa Heron is absolutely amazing! She happily answered all of my questions and gave me helpful medical advice. Not to mention I was an add on after lunch the day before a holiday. Her nurses were very kind as well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
