Spring Hill Primary Care's Online Review Report Card

Very unprofessional physician. Staffing is very rude. Went in for my yearly physical as required by my insurance and reminded by Dr kolli that I had to do a yearly physical. Performed multiple tests from x-rays CAT scans sonograms blood work in urine. The day before my appointment to get the results back Dr kolli's staff told my fiance that it was in our best interest I find another primary care physician. So therefore I never did get the results back. However I found a new primary and the results that came back from all these tests weren't very good. One was life-threatening. I ended up in the emergency room a week later from a hole in my colon. Which left me being put on two antibiotics to clear up the infection which was making me sepsis.emergency surgery had to be performed which lead to a colonectomy (2 ft of my colon removed). Would not recommend this doctor

We have been trying to get my husbands Rx that was prescribed at his last appointment since September and it’s the end of December now. The staff seems barely alive and they can’t get it together enough to send in a Rx. Awful experience with the rude doctor too

Terrible doctor with horrible bedside manners. She doesn’t trust her patients and acts as if you don’t know your own body. Not to mention, they constantly overbook, so you’re never able to get in at your scheduled time.

Both my husband Jim, & I have been patients with Dr. Kolli for over 7 years… She is, without a doubt, the very best Dr. we have ever known…knowledgeable, caring, & personable. She takes the time to listen to us & whatever concerns we may have. Her office staff, Georgette & Leslie are top notch… Thanks to all of you for making our visits so pleasant!! 😊❤️

Great doctor.very kind and helpful

I called Monday to schedule an appt. for Friday. The lady was very nice and I was excited to get in as our health insurance changed and not many take it. When I arrived this morning. The lady said it was in their system for next month. I asked if they could still see me since ( I mean, valid question seeing as how it's their mistake and it says WALK INS huge on their sign ) Then after checking with the doctor they said they couldn't see me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Although I cannot speak for the doctors bedside manner, as I never got to see her, her lack of compassion to treat someone after her staff dropped the ball shows me she does not care about her patients. The lady at the front was not apologetic at all either. It's probably for the best though. The establishment did not give off a professional appeal, and the staff are those kind of people that seem like, " Hey as long as I get a paycheck, how I make you feel doesn't matter." Unless you have no other option please seek another doctor.
