Dr. Kolli provides good care, but my wife and I have each been double billed on multiple occasions over the past couple of years. My most recent bill was from from over two years ago. Checking my bank statement, I payed the exact amount on the date service was rendered... over two years ago. I was told this latest SNAFU was due to a billing backlog because of COVID-19, but if so, that still doesn't explain why the same thing has happened repeatedly before the pandemic. I understand that mistakes happen, but if they recur over and over and over, it stops being a coincidence. I like Dr. Kolli, but the recurring billing issues at Suncoast Primary Care, and being told over the phone by their staff "go ahead and call the Better Business Bureau, they won't help you" was the last straw and has forced us to look for a new primary care physician.

Don’t even waste your time with this office. They overbook patients and forget to put you on the schedule, then try to squeeze you in for their mistake. I sat in their office from 11:30am to 12:45pm getting the same answer “we are waiting for a room to open up” but yet they kept taking other patients back. I got up and left. I’m so over office staff not doing their job. It’s not rocket science.

Dr Kholli is a great doctor. She was welcoming, pleasant and knows exactly what she is doing. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. I got through very quickly and everything went smooth.

I called today and the woman answered the phone mumbled the office's name and said "Yea?". I told her I just moved here and would like to make an appointment as a new patient. She then asked me "What's the insurance?" I didn't even understand she was asking me what insurance I used for a moment, I then told her. She then told me "Yea, no we don't take that..Sorry" and then hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service!

Excellent healthcare experience! Efficient, polite, not "chatty" Medical Assistants. Clean, comfortable, well decorated waiting lobby & examanation rooms. Dr Alex Villicastin is knowledgeable, trustworty, listens to his patients, & has a caring "bedside" manner & a sense of humor. The front desk ladies are always positive, polite, kind & helpful. Only low point is waiting time, however Dr. Alex Vallicastin & staff are worth the wait. We will not trust our families heathcare to any other Doctor or clinic.(3 years plus for us now)
