This doctor asked me to come back in at a charge within 24 hours of my original visit. I was only treated for one of my multiple symptoms. I will not be coming back. There are better clinics than this place.

Terrible experience. All I needed was a TB test done for pre-employment screening purposes. I have been sitting here for a solid 2 hours and 40 mins so far. I asked the front desk an hour ago about how much longer it would be, and was told there was only one more person ahead of me. They just called 2 others before me in the last hour. A TB screen takes 2 seconds, in and out, then I am to return to have checked in 3 days. No big deal ever, anywhere else I’ve ever gone. Wondering if it will take almost 3 hours next time I come just to have it looked at??

I'm sorry, but this is the worst place I've been to. They have you fill out new paperwork every single time you visit, even if it was a month ago. Then you have to sign a form stating you understand there is a wait of 30-60 minutes, which always turns out to be 2+ hours. When questioning, they say there are others before. The place is hardly busy. When in a room waiting for the doctor, you can constantly hear all the nurses talking about previous patients they have seen that day that made them mad. Everyone sits around doing nothing. They overcharge and they also never return your phone calls when you call with a question. I honestly have no idea how this place continues to be in a business. I keep coming back here in hopes it will be different, but it's the same thing every time. We are definitely going somewhere else now.

50mins before closing, not a single other person in the waiting room. They turned me away said rooms in back were all full. Said you can come back in the morning. Definitely call before driving there.

Waited a little bit over an hour to be seen but in the initial paperwork it states waiting time can be 1-2 hours depending on demand. Staff is over all great!

Very personable doctor and heath staff, one of few places that doesn't feel like they just want your money, doctor actually refunded me my visit fee after he determined any tests he ran there would probally be unable to diagnose my issue. Never had an urgent care show that much respect for my time and money like that before. Probally don't go there assuming my experience is their policy or anything, but yeah, left a good impression.
