They did everything right First time I can ever remember experiencing that. For starters prior to the visit I provided all of my information online. That’s pretty common these days but unlike every other facility and doctors office I didn’t have to fill out the same information on a ton of identical forms. One form. Signed it. That was it. Awesome Had to give a few consents but it was all electronic on a pad with a stylus not a form. Amazing It’s gets better. They took me in at 801 for my 800 appointment. Unbelievable Everyone was friendly courteous attentive and knowledgeable. I had one nurse that was with me from the time I walked in until the time I went under. She was even there to insert the IV. Never felt like I was being handed off from one department to another lost in endless hallways and walking into closets and through the wrong doors. Exceptional The anesthesiologist said I would feel a burn. Nothing. No burn. Just drifted away into peacefulness. The doctor was there when I woke up. Explained what he had done and had me to repeat back what I heard. Then I heard the nurse call my son on the phone to come pick me up. Sat for a few minutes and was walked outside to meet my son for my ride home. As I’m writing this I’m wondering if it was all a dream some after affect from the sedation. But no. It was a real experience. Im reminded of what Sonny told “C” in the Bronx Tale. He said ” C You only get 3 great ones in your life”. Of course he was talking about 3 great women but if I were to equate that to doctor visits this was my first great one Thanks Sonny.

Such Professionalism and Total Caring for me as a patient.My follow up visit was conducted with my input and how I feel. My questions were answeredAnd I am so pleased with my procedures and my follow up.I am new to the area and could not have asked for a better doctor to exceed my expectations in all areas of my procedures.Truly honest and sincere caring.Dr Pineau and his office staff always exceed my expectations. If you need real care you might have to look further.Pretty disappointed in level of expertise here. Came for two consultations with a very common condition. My old house doctors in Belgium got me out of it in two weeks or less every time.This guy Dr. Ahmadi was a waste of timeMy first visit I was asked some questions about lifestyle etc even though I had already “prechecked in” and answered very similar questions online. I understood the need for a little interview.That was over half of the $300 consultation.He then asked me about medication I had been prescribed in the past for this condition. When I tell him the active ingredients of the medication that has helped me multiple times before he says he has never heard of it before. But also doesn’t take the time to write it down or look into it which I don’t understand.. I had actually looked up this medication to find that it’s prescribed worldwide. England Europe Asia…Then a 1 minute physical exam at least he did one.Second visit he asked me the exact same questions about my lifestyle even though he had asked me those questions only two weeks prior. Even had to ask me AGAIN about the medication I had been prescribed by other doctors. To tell me AGAIN that he’s never heard of it. AGAIN he doesn’t write it down. Sad for a doctor that doesn’t wanna learn about medication that works in his field..Only thing he did this time was prescribe me meds that didn’t really work. No physical no nothing for $100. In the meantime pretty much all the advice he’s given me did not work. He was also gonna “find out for me” how much a procedure costs only to come back with a business card from their billing department. I can easily google that number.. He was also gonna schedule me for a procedure without performing a physical. Did not sit right with me then. Glad I said I’d wait.Worst $400 I’ve spent. In the meantime my old doctor from Belgium has actually helped me better over email.Sad place this is for a clinic with “specialist”.The only star is for the front staff who are friendly

Friendly and happy staff. Dr. Hoogerwerf is knowledgable friendly and patient and listens with compassion.

I had a colonoscopy scheduled for this morning and I found the entire staff to be professional and most pleasant. The only downside is the limited parking near the facility as it does fill up quickly . . . but this ought to be alleviated once their new facility on SR207 is ready for occupancy.

Dr Rosado is always so caring and I appreciate his prayer before a procedure. The entire staff is very professional and pleasant making you feel comfortable. You know you are in good hands at this facility
