List of Carefast Urgent Care At Murabella's Reviews
Even for an emergency, I’d seek somewhere else. My husband and I have been here numerous times, and today was the last. Each time, we are quickly rushed through and misdiagnosed… I guess that’s why they call it Care Fast. They have the fast down. Lacking on the care.… a finger that is diagnosed as nothing wrong…. and later determined by real doctors was actually broken and they tell you CareFast took terrible X-rays …..….Pneumonia that’s brushed off and diagnosed as laryngitis because the doctor refuses to take the time to ask about it or test anything. Even though they were told i was in close contact with someone with pneumonia. Didn’t even listen to breathing after the chief complaint was chest congestion and wheezing……or when my husband fainted in the lobby after one visit and was given a bottle of water and sent home with no further concern. This place is awful.
I waited for 3 hours and didn't even see a doctor. I kept asking how much longer it would take and the lady at the front desk kept telling me 20 minutes. Not to mention multiple people who showed up after me were seen before me. The staff are very unprofessional and don't care about their patients. Would not recommend this place to my greatest enemy. I would put negative stars if that was an option.
I called them to make a covid test appointment Saturday July 24, 2021. They told me they had 2 spots open. Then they proceeded to ask me about my symptoms. They told me I wasn't severe enough and that they wouldn't test me. They kept saying that the test wasn't a preventive measure. I told them I knew that. They said it was against their company's policy and the CDC's guidelines. I told them I just need to get tested because I work around thousands of people a day and I'm sick. They said no. So I got an appointment with Walgreens a whole 2 days later because everyone is booked up. I came back "POSITIVE". I told this place I would be writing a bad review and I've never made a bad review. It is sad that the urgent care closest to me wouldn't accept me in and my insurance would have paid for everything if need be. What good are they??
I went to carefast due to feeling like I couldn’t breathe and my lung may have collapsed (I’ve had 4 previous lung collapses) the receptionist told me to come back in two hours! Some lady behind her said “no she needs to be seen right away if she is having lung issues” may need to reevaluate who you have working there… that was shocking to me!
The receptionist was very sweet to get me in. However after my Covid test was positive I was just a number at that point. Not much compassion….just go home quarantine and take Tylenol. I tried to ask questions and the Doctor talked over me and didn’t really want to answer anything. He handed me papers and then walked out. Just left me in the room. Didn’t say bye, get better, or exit this way! I just think these people are tired and need vacations. Lol. IF YOU HAVE COVID AND WANT A TREATMENT PLAN, go to JAX “AVECINA”. They treat Covid! 😀
Horrible experience. WGV Residents don't bother, trust me- you'll have a better experience if you drive out of your way across town & use a real urgent care facility. I called before choosing to use this Flagler facility because I'm very well aware of the surge in regular offices & hospitals & my son required medical care for an infected open wound. The receptionist seemed very pleasant over the phone & I explained that my son's pediatrician did not have availability & she advised there was availability & to "head on over now" so I did. Upon arrival at 125pm I asked the receptionist what the wait time was because I share a vehicle w my spouse & he had another appt & she said it was a 30 min wait time which was acceptable to me. I was not brought back until almost 4pm to then wait in the exam room another 45 minutes while the doctor made rounds in rooms that were filled after my son's. Smdh. I promise, I wish I could make this up. The nurses played karaoke & very nonchalantly ignored the fact that I was waiting w the door wide opened so I could make sure we weren't forgotten. If it was a visit for me, even w the flu, I would've walked out but my son needed antibiotics for a nasty skin infection so we waited. During my almost 4 hours in there, I & many other patients observed & openly discussed the unannounced departure of the receptionist from the front desk while she sat in her car for a long while, new patients walked in to an office without any kind of direction, she didn't isolate a potentially covid 19 infected patient or ask them to wait in their car to be called as a courtesy & precaution to other patients who may be immuno-compromised. One patient was advised to sit and wait to be checked in and then forgotten-SMH Really?! The patient got up and said, do I need to sign in or something about 20 min later and the receptionist was confused and realized she totally forgot about her. Then she also vented publicly how she has the worst luck. And lets not forget how she also engaged in a full on argument when I was checking out with me when I simply stated to her & also to the Dr that saw my son: In the future being honest with patients will get you alot further when they ask how long the wait time is. Let people know there's a longer wait time...not tell me 30 min & then try to justify your lack of professionalism, empathy or communication above all. The receptionist is the very first impression & this one they have working there needs further training. Cannot say I'm surprised as this is a Flagler facility & they have fallen short in the past as well. Its sad as that's our home hospital in St. Augustine. First & last time visiting as I also told the physician & nurses. Don't overlook the other reviews on here like I did- Trust me! FLAGLER MNGMT- Watch the video surveillance yourself if you're questioning these reviews & do a better job at hiring & training. ☹
This place is an absolute joke. I went there at 6pm and not a single person in the waiting room or parking lot. I asked to be seen and was told they were filled up on appointments and met their patient quota for the day. So what they are going to sit there doing nothing for 2 hours cause they close at 8. My husband went the next day at 9am and was turned away saying they are filled up for the day. It is urgent care! You go there to be seen instead of going to the ER that why they are URGENT CARE! I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would love to know who manages this place and allows this to go on cause to me it seems like laziness and not wanting to help people who need it. If I could give 0 stars I would but I feel it is important to let everyone know what happens at this urgent care cause apparently no matter what time you go you cannot be seen.
Worst experience in a healthcare office ever. I had to take my child for a covid test and there was 3 people ahead of me. I had an appointment for noon. An hour an half later. They take a walk in that had no appt and tried saying she was there for something else. The person specified she needed a covid test… I guess they think people don’t listen or are dumb. Save yourself the time. Go somewhere else. Never again. Wish could give zero starts
Quickly got in and out. They were caring and actually ran the proper test. The office was very clean.
Went in after a bad bike wreck. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Doctors and nurses were quick, effective, kind, and responsive. I wish all urgent care facilities were this good.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
