I highly recommend Dr. Pubbi, and First Coast Heart & Vascular for all your Heart issues. I am 68 years old and had Afib, with my heart beating at a constant 250 beats per minute. Every 3rd breath was a struggle, and I got winded very easy. I was always very active before, and this was not the way I wanted to live my life going forward. I went into Flagler hospital for my Ablation Surgery with Dr. Pubbi, and after 5 hours could breath normal again. After a few days recovery I was 100% back to being myself! I saw Dr.Pubbi (6 weeks) after my surgery, he said I looked great, and that there might be a possibility of getting off of some of my heart meds. That was the greatest news! First Coast Heart & Vascular has leading Surgeons and the latest Heart Technology. Thank you Dr. Pubbi, and First Coast Heart & Vascular for Changing my Quality of Life! Paul C. Honour

Dr. Pubbi’s motto is he likes to treat his patients like his family. And I’ve noticed that he does just that. He’s so kind and comforting to his patients that I see in the waiting room, myself included. This is important if you’re a nervous nelly like I am. Add to that how highly skilled he is in treating the heart and how masterful he is in the operating room and you have nothing to fear. If you need treatment from an electrophysiologist, then book an appointment with Dr. Pubbi and relax. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Dr Pubbi is a calm and professional Doctor who is happy to help and go above and beyond for his patients. After Dr Pubbi performed an ablation on me, with in-surgery complications that he handled in stride, he then took the time to personally speak to my incredibly worried wife who had waited an additional hour because of the complications. I have moved around through several states, and so I have seen a number of cardiologists as a result. Dr Pubbi is by far the best one who has cared for me.

Dr. Pubbi is simply one of the finest doctors and human being I have ever met. From the get go with him and now many years later he inspired confidence while kindly and gently answering my concerns and questions. I have entrust my life to this doctor and will do so in the future if necessary! Hard to me to imagine a finer cardiologist! He is not afraid to tackle the sometimes alarming and complex clinical and medical presentation and will act immediately if needed. I drive a long distance so I can continue with this doctor because he inspires such confidence. He has helped me through so many cardiac situations that it is a comfort to know he and his fine team at 1st Coast Heart is there!
