I had several wonderful experiences at this office. Dr Batenhorst is thorough and kind and all the employees I encountered were very professional, kind and efficient.

Had an appointment for my wife at this clinic. When we first both entered, the receptionist checked her in an had me pay the copay. While my wife went in for her appointment, I asked the receptionist if I could be in the room with my wife. She said no. She is extremely shy and anxious without me as an advocate. The receptionist didn't seem to empathize. Also, when I asked her about me becoming a new patient for primary care, she seemed bothered and did not seem interested in taking me in ( do it online ). She proceeded to give me paperwork while asking me to leave the lobby because I was not a patient, I was turned off by her lack of friendliness and left disappointed. I understand if my wife was sick, not allowing me to be there as her advocate, but the doctor was just checking her heart rate.

Wow! Having the same issues with billing! But I love the doctors hence the 3 stars.

I'm having the same issues as stated above. I call their billing and they are no help. They keep pushing the issue between the provider and billing.

BEWARE! Will entering billing/diagnose code incorrectly and never fix them resulting in bills that should be covered by insurance. Had labs ordered that weren’t coded correctly for my insurance and are still fighting to get resolved 3 months later. Office says they submit corrections but neither lab or insurance carrier ever has any record of it!
