I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gibson and his staff. They are great listeners and they take the time to try to help their patients. I never feel rushed when seeing the doctor. After many years with Mayo Clinic and not having a diagnosis I was relieved to have Dr. Gibson help me to find out what my problem was and save my life. His staff is knowledgeable and thorough. I am so grateful to have Dr. Gibson for my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gibson for 25+ years and have always found him to be very professional and knowledgeable with all of my health concerns. He has always been very straight forward with me which is one of my favorite things about him. No nonsense great Doctor!

My husband & I are professionals and respected residents of St. Augustine. Likewise, my spouse & I were patients of Dr. Gibson. During the first few years of his patient care, things went well. However, a situation arose when I called his office to direct their attention to a procedure code that they billed our insurance for, yet we did not have. We were met with disdain & rude rhetoric when I indicated they billed with the wrong procedure code. They finally agreed it was their mistake; however, I was met with much sarcasm which certainly was surprising and unwarranted. There were additional matters when the girl presented to Dr. Gibson, he became offended & "disturbed." It wasn't long afterward that we received a letter from Dr. Gibson himself, stating that he could not continue a Doctor/Patient relationship with either of us. Dr. Gibson did not wish to discuss the situation with us, nor hear our description of what had occurred. He apparently felt his staff could do no wrong

I have been Dr. Gibson's patient for several years now and am very disappointed in his care. He shows no interest in my overall health or well-being, but is simply going through the required motions to be able to bill the most for any visit. I am looking for a new doctor.

Dr Gibson has been the most outstanding doctor I have had in my 45 years of life. He is easy to talk to and always has my best interest in mind, He is attentive and always available when I need him, I have recommended him to several people and they feel the same way as well.

My family member has been a patient for over 20 years. When admitted to the hospital he never once came to check nor did he follow up with the drug happy hospitalists. Then remarked in such a way that he was surprized to see the patient again. REALLY

I have been a patient of dr Gibson for 20 years and am pleased with his knowledge,professionalism and caring manner. You can always get an appointment quickly in an emergency and I have never waited more than 20 minutes in 20 years. I would rate him tops!
