I have been going to the St. Augustine Ideal Image since 2019 and have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time. All of the staff is so helpful and kind, taking their time to explain and go over any questions you may have. Kelsey is one of the nurse practitioners who has treated me while going and she is an absolute joy to see and visit with; she makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of during an appointment. Morgan is another nurse practitioner who has done treatments for me and she was also extremely knowledgeable and helped answer the questions I had! I would highly recommend checking out the St. Augustine Ideal for any hair removal needs!
