List of James F. Connor's Reviews
If i could rate zero stars i would. i never really post reviews, but i have never experienced the most incompetent and lazy office in my life. they filed a claim to my insurance that wasn’t correct or even for me. it’s been a month since i’ve tried to get everything figured out with them and every single time i call them they either decline my calls or say that don’t know what i’m talking about. every time they say they will talk to someone in billing or the doctor and call me back they don’t. when i call to follow up they say they haven’t talked to who they need to talk to or they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on me. their staff is very very rude. no one is helpful in this office. my insurance was changed and i didn’t know(they don’t take my new insurance) and i went to my appointment and a week later they call me and tell me they don’t take my insurance and i need to pay out of pocket for my visit. first of all why would they not check my insurance before my appointment? i wouldn’t of gone if i was made aware they don’t take it. they’re very lazy and unprofessional. been going here 7 years and the staff gets progressively worse every time i go. don’t go here, they’re awful.
I have been a patient for close to 5 years, and have had nothing to complain about the staff, the nurses or the doctors.Recently I experienced something quite life changing regarding my health and I can truly say that having Dr. Rajesh A. Persaud examine me and treat me for the condition, has been a lifesaving experience.Dr. Persaud is a wonderful and caring doctor. After each of my visits he followed up with me daily, adjusting my medications and thankfully avoiding a trip to the Emergency Room, which would have lead to a long stay at the Hospital. I highly recommend him.
(REVIEW PART 3 OF 3 ) FOR Dr. Jennifer Ramirez, MD at Dr. Connro's office:This concerned me, along with concerning me if anything else had been deleted from my records and that Dr. Seda-Ramirez didn’t get the full records in order to properly treat me. Since during the first visit with Dr. Seda-Ramirez, the staff didn’t want the printed records that I had tried to give them, I took it upon myself to go to Staples, paid $64 (I have the receipt), to scan all the records and put them on a USB for them. Basically, doing their job and I know that it’s easy to use a USB in simply take the file , put it on the computer, and then e-file it into the system. When I explained all of this to the Dr. Seda-Ramirez's MA and Dr. Seda-Ramirez, she spoke to the staff and they then said they wanted the printed records. Mind you I had already gone through all this and paid to have them scanned onto the USB due to the fact that they didn’t want them. Thus, wasting my time and money, again. Also, it was quite odd that my physician said nothing about this error with her staff or the fact that I had seen and have proof of my previous primary care provider deleting records.Strike 9, in, literally, over a decade with, literally, every primary care provider I had before, I got all my medication through them, including for anxiety and depression. I never needed a referral for this. The doctor did not tell me till the second visit, that for me to try new medications, I would have to be referred out. So, she is the first primary care provider I’ve ever had to where she couldn’t do whatever the other primary care providers have done for me and others, that being prescribing medications. So, now I have to get a referral and wait and go to a whole other physician, out of town- even further away from where I live, to get new medications for the exact same issues that I’ve been having for over a decade. Again, another waste of my time.Strike 10, so even though she already sent a referral to a psychiatrist, I established with them, had a few appointments, and Dr. Seda-Ramirez stated that I'd have to have a follow up with them to get new medications, she decided to send a new referral to another Psychiatrist. Luckily, I had a feeling, and already scheduled a follow up with the psychiatrist I was established with. This may be an error due to her MA telling her I stated I didn't like the psychiatrist, which never came out of my mouth in any form. I stated that they couldn't help me with one issue, per their statement.Strike 11, usually when you say something to a doctor, they respond to you. Even if it’s something that might not be important. I mentioned to her about some diagnosed issues, so she could understand me better and she pretty much pretended like I hadn’t spoken at all. I also mentioned to her that I bruise easily and asked if I should be concerned about that. She pretended to not even hear me.
This practice is a scam. I went to a check up two weeks ago and I asked how much the cost would be, they told zero. I get there and then they tell me I owe $90 from two that’s ago. I paid it and got referred to see a dermatologist in the same building. I go in and they say I have to pay another $90. I told them never mind, cancel my appointment.
Nothing against my MD at all and I wish she would go elsewhere, but this office, this horrible office has us off to a new primary after 4 years. Didn’t add the correct blood test on the order and wants me to go back to Quest for a second test; nope. There are posters on the walls discussing how Man lived in harmony with dinosaurs so there isn’t a solid scientific feel to the practice. Finally, there are just too many live fish, beautiful Koi, everywhere. Not in tanks, in open floor ponds around the main room.Best wishes for your continued success.
I went there for the first time and was immediately disappointed by the unwelcoming staff. The Dr. that I was seeing left without notice and never came back to answer questions. I had to ask the front desk. Then, a week later I called back to ask about my referral and they acted like they’ve never seen it while being really condescending. If I wanted to be treated poorly while searching for mental health resources, I would stay home.
Terrible customer service. Every interaction we have had with the personnel is rude, unsympathetic and an overall lack of empathy. People are just a job to them. Money and numbers are all that count here. It's almost an inhumane practice. Even if it was for a sprained pinky, I wouldn't recommend going here.
Doctor is fine but font staff is always rude and always overcharges me. Family is finding another doctor.
Love Dr. Connor and his staff!
Just went to visit this docter and found him to be friendly. And very helpful with his treatment plan

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
